The hotel lobby is located at 2nd floor without any elevator. You have to carry your baggage by yourself. The hotel location is good and really short walk from the Jordan train station. Rooms are big and cozy. We booked a family room for 3. The bathroom is comfortable but the shower is small. The bedding is great but it gets a little noisy in the wee hours in the morning as the hotel is facing Nathan Road. Check-in and out are swift. I noticed that it takes time to get the ideal temperature of the room maybe due to the old air conditioning.

The only issue is that you have to take the narrow stairs to get to the main hotel. If you have bulky luggage, this may not be for you, but you cannot beat the location. it's right across Kowloon park and there's McDonald's right below in case you got hungry late at night. Bust stops and MTR stations are less than 5 minutes away.

When I checked in, the first disappointment was a counter staff that was more interested in his smartphone watching video than trying to help the customer. The location is great and the rooms are decent for the price. But the hotel can really improve if there were better and more responsive staff rather than those who just watched videos. Credit goes to housekeeping for doing a great job.

Room is small as expected in HK, but it's clean and supplies are good enough. Have we known it has stairs going to the lobby and the bed is really bad, we would NOT book here. We stayed in HK for 5 nights, and been going around walking whole day for 5 days and when we get back to the hotel the bed is not comfortable enough to rest our body, we got more exhausted! Plus my parents-in-law who have difficulty in walking find it more harder to leave and return to the hotel because of the stairs.
Bonus con: Scary jump of the elevator :(

From the airport get the A21 bus. It is really easy with storage for luggage. Mich cheaper than a taxi. We got off too soon, stop 10, I think stop 11 or 12 would be perfect.

Hotel.

If you have mobility problems the steps up to the hotel will be an issue.

The lift. Reviews I have read make it sound really scary, it's not great, but it's ok.

The room. We had one with no window, very strange, but it's ok. Air conditioning is very good. Bed is incredibly hard. As other people have reported, the wallpaper is peeling away a bit. Shower, absolutely fantastic, with all the bits you would expect in a boutique hotel. Clean. Staff were friendly and assisted with any questions we had.

Location. Fantastic.

It is not 5 star, but neither is the price. For the price you pay it does exactly what you need it to do. Great location. Clean rooms - although hard bed. Good price. Enjoy

Overall. It could be better, but...... if for the price, it is perfect. The prices are
