Well located hotel boutique in Central. An alternative of choice for your stay in Hong Kong. Small room with a stunning view over the Harbour (forth paying an extra to get the view; were at the 32nd floor). Close to the Lan Kwai Fong nightlife and walking distance (12 minutes) from IFC/Hong Kong train station to the airport.

I checked in at 1am expecting to get some decent rest, There was not even a receptionist when I got in. Somehow they checked me in - where I had to carry my own bags up to see a rubbish cramped up room with a red light. I asked for a bigger room where they gave me one with some...

The room was very tired but clean, had a corner room so not too small for Hong Kong standards. Photos on website are great but probably from the 90's, good location for getting around. Breakfast the first morning was great, second morning it was really bad, nothing left at 8.30 apart from some strange dish water soup like substance. Roof...

Stayed here during a short business trip. The room was great and spacious for Hong Kong standards. It was a corner room so maybe that's why it felt comfy. The room was clean, well furnished and stocked. The mattress was comfortable. Service was fine. Nothing great and not below standard. The only thing lacking for a hotel in this class...

We have stayed here on three occasions and it always proves to be successful. The rooms are small but to be expected in Hong Kong. We usually have breakfast outside of the hotel for no reason other than there is lots of choice and we like to try different options. The mobile wifi and iPhone is a great addition.

Had a room for 2 on the top floor - couldn't swing a cat in the room and the bathroom was almost non existent but the view was fantastic and the hotel was great. The free snacks and drinks on level 4 was a great bonus and a lovely way to unwind before hitting the craziness of Lang Kwai Fong

Good 4 star hotel, small bathroom, convenient location. They check you in quickly and provide adequate 4 star services. Don't expect to feel blown away, rooms are a bit dated but the bed is good and the overall property is good. If you get a good rate, you will be happy as the location is extremely convenient to LKF and...

Can't say a bad thing about this place really. Yes it's a bit dated and the rooms are a bit small, but I found them quite charming, perhaps that's just personal taste. We were on the 29th floor which was cool, and when we needed to come back for showers etc having already checked out they were very accommodating. There's...

Firstly I should say there 2 Lan Kwai Fong Hotels with the same name and we booked Lan Kwai Fong Hotel @ Kau U Fong which was the wrong one. So from the on set we were disappointed as we have been to HK many times were really looking forward to our stay. The photo's of the rooms where we...

It wasn't great when we checked in as we were kept waiting for our room in lobby. It was fortunate they had a nicely decorated lounge on the 4th floor which served drinks and snacks. I wasn't impressed that I had to ask before I was told to wait at the lounge. What made things worse was that a 15mins...

Staying in Sheung Wan

Neighbourhood Profile
Sheung Wan
Unlike most of Hong Kong’s other popular districts, Sheung Wan welcomes wanderers with an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. Art galleries are plentiful and boutique cafés are tucked away in every side street in the sub district known as “PoHo.” Browse through the vintage clothing and handmade leather goods stores – it’s no surprise fashionistas flock to this area. History enthusiasts will be rewarded with sites of beautiful architecture, reflecting Sheung Wan’s past as one of the earliest settlements by British forces. As night falls, the entertainment scene reveals itself to be just as laid back with its private kitchens, speakeasies and underground bars dotted throughout the area. When in Sheung Wan, everyday feels like the weekend.
