We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was very cordial. Especially one Mr Kevin Leung who proved to be very helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the hotel. We have only one suggestion though... My sister-in-law and I are both vegetarians and we would have loved if there was more vegetarian food to choose at the breakfast....

Not sure why people have not given this place top ratings and some reviews had me concerned before I arrived; yet this was a great experience from the quality of room to the service offered by the staff. Management had been at pains to help and support my mother who has mobility issues from our arrival until we left the...

I was booked to stay in Cosmo font three days. Whilst the decor and modern feel of this hotel is young and trendy, the rooms are small with the hardest beds I have ever slept in. Realizing that my bad back would give in if I was to stay even one night on this hard bed I told reception I...

I do not know which hotel previous reviewers stayed at but it was certainly not the same one that I experienced. The hotel is well situated and the beds and pillows are comfortable. That is all that is good! I was offered an upgrade of room, breakfast and wifi in the room on arrival for an additional charge of course...what...

Overall a good hotel, breakfast was lovely and the bar area at night is great. Free wifi in the lobby and on one of the floors, where there is a coffee lounge area. Rooms were cleaned daily. The room was a tad smaller than I would have liked but overall fine.

We stayed at Cosmo Hotel for 3 nights as a stopover returning to NZ from Greece. Our room was spacious as the hotel had upgraded us for some unknown reason at no extra cost to us. We even had a tiny kitchen area where we could make hot drinks and food if we wanted to, though we didn't cook there...
