We have stayed with Cosmopolitan Hotel Hong Kong from 8-11 Jun 2013. Truly impressed with their service and a crew of dedicated staff!! Thumbs up! Heartfelt thanks to Guest Service Manager, Kane Ng that had made our stay special and memorable. Very thoughtful of him for arranging a high floor overseeing the Hong Kong jockey club and the small gesture...

We stayed at the Cosmopolitan in Late April. We found the hotel to be very good.Position of the hotel (across the road from Happy Valley Racecourse) was excellent. We only ate there once for breakfast , and food was good and service helpful. Our only complaint was the bed.The bed was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. That is when we...

The location is practically smack in the middle of Main Island of Hong Kong. Right next to the Jockey Club so for an extra price you can get a room looking into the track. The rooms are cheap, but so are the beds, soap, and room sizes are small. The elevators are slow so staying at a high floor can...

Dear Kidkong, While Cosmopolitan is conveniently located amid the busy shopping and business districts in Causeway Bay and Wan Chai, we always aim to provide our guests a sense of oasis after a long busy day. Having said that, our free shuttle service can bring guests towards 15 major destinations and public transports like buses, trams and taxies are all...

We stayed based on price as well as room to accommodate our family of four (we have 2 seven yr olds). Hong kong hotels are fairly expensive and generally small and cannot accommodate more than 2 people so this hotel fit the bill. Our room had 2 double beds and although a little squishy was fine for all of us....

Reasonable hotel but what makes it stand out is its service. All staff including front desk, concierge and housekeeping were so warm and friendly, which is a rarity in Hong Kong. Prices are high for what you get in terms of room and breakfast but as the service is so excellent it goes some way to making up for it....

I don't know what makes a four star hotel these days, but I wouldn't label the Cosmopolitan four stars, reasonable as it is. We stayed as part of a tour group for the rugby for four nights & had no complaints. The room was fine, but, as with so many Far East hotels, small. The beds were very hard, but,...

Dear Elni, Thank you for staying with us. Cosmopolitan Hotel actually offers 8 room categories sizing up to 48 sq. m. in order to cater for different travellers’ needs. We hope you will have the chance to try our other room types for a more spacious stay next time. Regarding the beds, though all our mattress is imported from the...

We stayed for 5 nights in May 2013. Booked months in advance when the hotel had a 50% promotion, which at that rate, was a really good value. In summary... We stayed for 4D/3N for a conference which we held in the venue right infront of the hotel. Very nice proximity as you just need to walk across to the other side of the street using the underground tunnel. But other than this reason, I'd say this hotel is inconvenient. Its quite far from the MTR Station (Wanchai and Causeway...

I ended up staying 9 nights at the Cosmopolitan as there was nothing else available on short notice for that duration. The hotel generally is a bit run down and seems mostly suited to budget minded tourists. Good location for the rugby. Room was clean.tried to charge me for using the 'free' wifi, so check your bill. Breakfast was dreadful. Very limited choice, very poor quality food and the most rude man ever who does the eggs and omlettes. Actually was quite funny to watch him barking at his customers.
