Hong Kong was the second destination after visiting Phuket, Thailand for our honeymoon. We can only praise the Cosmopolitan Hotel. We arrived around 10pm at the hotel and were immediately helped with our luggage whilst still outside. We checked in at the front desk and were greeted by Louis Chan who was the Guest Services Manager. He accompanied us up...

This hotel is basic but adequate. Clean room, overlooking an exceptional cemetery and the race course! Reception area was always busy as it was useful for free wifi. Drinks were expensive at the bar. Staff were friendly and free transport to Wan Chai district was provided, although we discovered its quicker to walk. This hotel is ok for a couple...

This place is fine for its price. It's not luxurious and not in the best location but you could do a lot worse for your dollar. If you don't smoke insist on a non-smoking floor. We were unlucky on our first night with no adjoining room available (despite requesting months in advance) and being put on a smoking floor (the...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry that adjoining room was not available on the first day due to full occupancy on that day. While our guests are welcome to request for their preferred room arrangement (non-smoking floor and adjoining room) in advance, the arrangement is subject to availability, and we hope to seek for your...

I stayed with my family 2 Adults and 3 Kids. The hotel is ideally situated for shopping at Causeway Bay and Time Square. The hotel staff very helpful at all times. Hoped that other people in Hong Kong would be this good. I had plenty cash to spend in Hong Kong but because of their taxi drivers and the general...

We stayed at the cosmopolitan for a total of 8 days split with a visit to china. We stayed in a suite on the 17 th floor, we were a bit concerned about the cleanliness which full marks to the hotel they sorted out before we returned. There is unfortunately no bar at the hotel, there is one at the...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comment. It’s great to know that our guest room that overlooks the breath-taking racecourse and city’s skyline was to your liking. Our Deluxe room types are actually very popular among travellers like you who prefer a nice view in their rooms. Your concern towards the noise is well noted. We trust it’s only an...

Great service and rooms. In terms of value for money, the only issue we had was location: a 20-min walk (in humid climate) from stations. However, cabs are great value in HK and if you can afford to stay at the Cosmopolitan then you can afford the cabs.

Enjoyed our stay here, especially with the upgrade. Hotel is currently being refurbed but we noticed no disruption. Very helpful staff. Free mini bus to Central and other locations or very cheap and frequent tram outside the door.(Pay on exit)

We had an enjoyable stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The check-in was fast and efficient, we liked that they upgraded us to a theme suite and offered a late check-out. Check-out was also quick and efficient. The staff in reception and the bellboys all had a very nice attitude. We found the room to be clean and tidy with a...

We stayed here with our 11 year olds and found the hotel comfortable and very friendly, the rooms are a good size for Hong Kong and although the children shared a bed they had enough room.We stayed on the 9th floor and had a good view over the city area there was some refurbishment work up on the higher floors...
