Detailed Reviews
Stayed here for 1 night. Asked for a room with a large double bed, non-smoking and I got seperate twin beds that smelt of smoke from the other room.
Deco is very very old and out-dated. Shower and internet is decent.
Location of the hotel is about 4 mins walk to Jordan station or 10 mins walk to tst. Good food options near the hotel.
Overall there r better hotels without the brand for the price point I paid.

I found myself stuck late in HK and couldn't risk a trip to the border so we decided to stay in town. A quick search came up with this place for less than 200HK$.
The name is familiar from my days in UK but this is nowhere near the same standard.
Having said that, for HK this was a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Small toilet and shower but for 1 night I wasn't fussed.
Staff were friendly and efficient, book in was just a few minutes and booking out shorter.
The tv had a variety of channels to flick through including BBC world news, tea and coffee making and basic toiletries. There was no soap or comb in my room but I am sure if I had asked someone would have come up with it. As it happens I was near the end of the corridor and there was a trolley there with the room extras on so I did it myself.
Outside the hotel and turn left, 100m is a 7-11 so if you need basic snacks you are sorted. You are also less than 5 minutes walk to starbucks, macdonalds and the shopping streets.
All in all a good budget hotel that I would happily stay in again.

The hotel is old aged and not really maintained well. Cleanliness and hygiene needs to be concerned especially at the bathroom still remains some dust and hair on the bath towels. However I still like the old fashioned design and very affordable rate for this central location. I really liked the front staff who checked in for me was very friendly and service minded. I will definitely choose this hotel whenever I come back in hong kong if the hygiene performance by housekeeping team get better.

I stayed here for the duration for the quarantine. There is no chair, desk, wifi is crap and the telephone is broken that you cannot dial to the front desk. The hotel room is so dirty that female hair is found around the room.
The phone is broken that you cannot dial to front desk to get new bed sheets, so for the 14 days, I could not change any bed sheet.
If you can avoid, try another hotel as you don't want to live in a dirty room and having no telephone to call front desk.

I stayed here for 2 weeks for my compulsory quarantine, and everything was terrible. They treated us like we were literally germs, especially during the COVID tests. Since this hotel was rated 4 stars, I expected something better, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The food they provided every day was absolutely horrible, and there were barely any vegetables, not to mention fruits. I could not bear the meals and ended up ordering some food via delivery service.
The room was very small, old, and unhygienic; moreover, the lights were not working properly, so my room was very dark and eerie the whole time. (The lights were covered in plastic bags😓). I was not allowed to open the windows, even though the room was very dusty. There was no desk nor chair either, so I had to do everything on my bed (even eating).
There were a lot of small bugs, and the beds and pillows had a fouthy smell. There were also stains on the bedsheets and towels. The bathroom was also very filthy and the sink was too shallow; water splattered all over the place every time I washed my hands.
I strongly do NOT recommend this place. It was one of the worst decisions I have made, and it made my quarantine 100 times more stressful.

Overall, better than what I expected. On the plus side, the Wifi was good (despite what I read about comments by other customers, and I bought two mobile data sim cards but never used), and could hold zoom meetings everyday; could always get someone to help when I called the front desk. The minuses: the room is too small, so no place to exercise; quantity of food is OK, but quality is so-so; there is no way to adjust the air conditioning in the room (so bring a jacket with you, fortunately I did); there is an electric kettle, but you need to bring your own tea and coffee (which is what I did).

The hotel is at a very good location with lots of shops and restaurants where you can get everything you want within reach. The TST MTR is only 8 minutes walk from the hotel, which is an added bonus in travelling both the Hong Kong and Kowloon areas. The staff of the hotel are nice, friendly and helpful especially Winnie who helps me a lot during my stay for 2 weeks. She answers all my questions as I haven’t been back to HK for so many years. The hotel is bit dated and needs some refurbishments, otherwise it will be perfect. With the amazing price, I get what I want.

Everything is going much better than I expected. I've been in the hotel for a week now, the room was clean on arrival, it's bright and airy. The attention of the staff is impeccable, they are always ready to help you. You can write to them by WhatsApp or call them for anything. I would like to highlight the work of Eric, since I arrived he has been very helpful and always willing to do what he can to improve my stay at the hotel. I will write another review on the last day of my stay to comment on how it went in general.
