This is an excellent Hotel - it is NOT a YMCA but a proper Hotel and located a 5 min walk to the Ferry and just 2 blocks from the beginning of Nathon Road - so an ideal location.

Stayed in a harbour view 1br suite one night post cruise.
The Sailsbury, as all the other reviews will state, has the best location in town - it does.

For value for money, this is probably the best hotel on Kowloon Waterfront.

Tsim Sha Tsui is one of the major tourist and shopping areas of Hong Kong. With a high concentration of hotels, retail shops and commercial offices – it’s a busy and bustling neighbourhood that never sleeps. On the surface, Tsim Sha Tsui seems to only feature an abundant number of high-end retail stores selling designer brands and jewelry, owing to its popularity with high-budget shopping tours. However, it also
contains a diverse range of attractions for the entire family. Whether taking a walk in Kowloon Park, exploring museums, going shopping or grabbing a bite to eat – Tsim Sha Tsui has something for everyone.

The hotel actually comes in two parts with the front been a real hotel in the sense it trades like any hotel while the rear section I believe is like a YMCA. They both have the same entry and restaurant on the ground floor.
However the only reason I always stay here is because of the high standard and the fact I can get a harbourview at a very reasonable price for Hong Kong. I believe you could not go wrong staying here. You should contact the hotel directly to ask if there is a discount. I never have because I am not a member of YMCA
