The Royal Plaza Hotel garners praise for its attentive service and connection to MOKO mall and the MTR, enhancing the ease of transportation for many travelers. Its prime location is consistently celebrated for being close to public transit, shopping, and attractions. A very enjoyable week long stay at the Royal Plaza. Good sized room particularly for HK, and good service from all the staff particularly very helpful service from Joseph on the door sorting our bags, taxi storage. Convenient for the MTR so it’s quick to get in to the more central areas, but that does mean it isn’t in the heart of HK as it were.

One note, I don’t get why the health club staff don’t simply offer you a locker key when you register rather having to specifically ask for one? Small thing but just seemed odd.

During our recent visit to Ti Kyi House, I would like to tell you that our dining experience was very pleasant, which is a special thanks to the waitresses Selly and Kubi, for their care and attentiveness made us feel very welcome.

From the moment we entered the restaurant, the front desk receptionist Kubi welcomed us with a warm smile and actively asked our needs. Kubi introduced us to the restaurant manager Steven, who has a very deep understanding of the menu and is able to advise according to our taste preferences, so we selected several very delicious dishes.

During meals, from time to time, Selly comes to worry about me and Mom’s meals, making sure our cups are not empty, actively asking if additional utensils or spices are needed. Her care makes us feel very valued, such a service attitude makes the whole meal experience more enjoyable.

**Dish:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
1. *Beijing Bakery Duck*: This signature dish is yellow and yellow, skinny and soft, combined with pancakes and sweet sauce, taste level is clear. Each piece gives a sense of intense scent and is definitely a must-have choice.

2. *Chickenhead oil belt fried*: clear fried grains, fresh children, combined with vegetable colorful, fresh taste. The flavor is moderate, so that people can eat without feeling oily.

3. *Acid spring bamboo bathtub *: The sauce is delicious and fragrant, the ingredients are fresh and diverse, especially mango and bamboo, absorb the essence of the sauce base and taste excellent. Spicy and moderate, suitable for me who likes heavy taste.

4. *Fried food heart*: this dish keeps the ingredients fresh, taste simple, let people feel the original juice of the ingredients, is a good cooking option.

Overall, while some dishes are a bit expensive, it is still worth a try considering the freshness of the ingredients and the overall meal experience. Ladies and gentlemen, if you are looking for a place to enjoy Chinese cuisine, Tianjin is a great choice!

Previously stayed at this hotel and I know the room is quite spacious. We know hotels in Hong Kong can be quite expensive but we needed the comfort due to a young toddler tagging along. We didn’t regret on our decision. The room is really clean and spacious. There are 2 beds which is really comfortable for the 3 of us. The bathroom has a huge bath tub which my toddler enjoyed her bath. They also placed a rubber mat and a platform/ steps for you to go in and out the bathtub with ease. The staff from frontdesk to housekeeping to concierge were really helpful and professional. I need to freeze my ice pack and they helped me and delivered to me early in the morning as I had to check out. Every time we go back to our room, it’s really tidy and comfortable. The room also has filtered water for consumption so we don’t have to spend money on buying water. As the hotel is above MOKO mall, it’s really convenient if we need to find food. Some of the famous Hong Kong street food are walking distance and there’s public transport, the MTR is below and bus stop is next to the hotel. Overall a very satisfied stay and I’ll definitely return in the future.

Go to Hong Kong with your family, buy some clothes and gifts for New Year's Eve, and stay at the Imperial Hotel as always. At least three or four times a year. The service was really great, from the time we got off the bus and saw the porter to the receptionist in the lobby, every waiter had a smile on their face. Due to the proximity of the New Year, I checked in to the hotel early, I didn't expect the hotel to be able to arrange me a room at a little more, always thought they recognized me 🥹 feel good about themselves!
I booked a two-bed room, which was very large enough for our family of four to share. The room cleaning solution is in place and every time you stay with a baby you feel comfortable. I have to mention that the operator at the hotel is also professional. Oh, I want to take a taxi to the nearby flower market. They've made a point of reminding the neighborhood that there's a closed road. It's easier to walk past. You can really enjoy the beautiful flowers along the way. It's good to look at the mood.

We needed a Hong Kong stopover so based on the reviews we decided that given its location and accessibility to Moko mall that Royal Plaza would meet our needs.

We arrived late in the evening, having already booked in online, we thought it should be relatively streamlined to get to our rooms. Firstly there were no bellboys to take our bags from the taxi into the hotels. Then the check in process wasn't that smooth - checking in online didn't seem to make it any quicker. Even though we were the only ones checking in at the time there was nobody to take our bags to our rooms, which at the time I didn't think was an issue.

Then at the elevators they have a lady demanding to know our room number before letting you access the lift. The lifts themselves require you room card to operate so have no idea what her purpose was. Noting that she wasn't there during the day only in the evening. We had received an upgrade to the executive floor which we thought was a bonus however the lift only went to the 18th floor, so we had to lug our bags up an additional two sets of stairs. There appeared to be a club members lounge on the 19th floor but that was 'closed'.

The room itself was spacious in comparison to the hotels we stayed in Japan. It felt dimly lit and the decor was dark and heavy. There were no real views over the city, even though we on the top floor. Luckily, we were only staying overnight. As we were hungry and thirsty after our flight, we were disappointed that there was no room service, no complimentary water bottles and not even any mini bar items. So, we headed back downstairs to see if there anything in the lobby or mall. Given the late hour then only place we could find was the 7 eleven store near the subway station and that was about to close. Once we purchased some supplies, we head back only to be stopped again by the very officious lady at the elevators demanding our room number - she had seen us leave earlier and it wasn't that she was even writing the room number down. I can't see the sense - maybe it was because I was tired.

In the morning, once again based on the reviews, we had included a package breakfast. Breakfast is served in the La Scala restaurant. We were expecting a high-quality buffet meal, based on the price and being in a 5-star hotel. No chance we had a choice of two set menus - either Western or Chinese. When it did arrive, not that they were very busy, the food was bland and barely lukewarm. It was one of the worst hotel breakfasts that I have - so much so we decided that to find something decent we'd go back to the mall to eat. The only problem being that most shops in the Moko mall don't open until aft 10am.

When we left we were actually glad to leave and relieved we hadn't booked to stay longer.

Whenever we travel to Hong Kong, we always stay at Royal Plaza Hotel, and are always welcome with friendly faces and fantastic service. The housekeeping team are prompt and help to accomodate needs e.g. they offer refrigeration for our frozen goods, anything you request they will be willing to help. The hotel location is convenient, right next to the MTR and a short walk down to main tourist destinations (5-10 min walk to Fa Yuen St, Sneaker St and Ladies Market). The hotel is connected to a shopping mall which includes a supermarket and pharmacy for all your essentials.

Last week, I was fortunate to enjoy an unforgettable dining trip at the restaurant in Tianjin, this time with a discount package obtained using my GoRoyal membership card. From the head plate to the main dish, to the dessert and the drink, each dish made a deep impression on me.

The choice of headplates is very rich and unpleasant. The head of the small goose is clean and relaxed, well matched, both open and relaxed. The sign fork and the outer skin are crisp and fresh and juicy, each is the ultimate temptation for the flavor. Mascara hand chicken is not the most taste, the aroma of mascara and the beautiful blend of chicken, so that you can taste endlessly.

In terms of main dishes, the three dishes are characteristic and admirable. Zeland flower chicken balls are bright in color, taste cool, the beauty of chicken balls and bands are intertwined in the mouth, soothing. The dragon splash ball shows its fresh nature, fine and smooth fish meat, and the taste of the sea. Peanut butter and mermaid vegetables are a clearly nutritious goods, the grain of peanut butter and the sweetness of peanut butter, together with the green vegetables, make one as if in the arms of nature.

In addition, the chili dish is also a great highlight of this meal. The fragrance of the chili leaves and the thickness of the rice meal blend, each grain of rice is filled with the fragrance of the chili leaves, which greatly increases appetite. And almond tea and peanut sauce as desserts and drinks, is the perfect phrase for this food tour. Amandel tea is delicate and delicate, with peanut butter, both benefit each other, so that one can not forget for a long time.

In short, this time the GoRoyal member card offer package experience at the restaurant in Tianjin was very pleasant. It is recommended that everyone join as a member to enjoy this offer package, the dishes here not only taste more, but also taste good, so that the crowd will forget.

If you are also a friend who loves food, you should come here to try and believe that you will have different revenue.

This Spring Festival trip to Hong Kong was for 4 days and 3 nights. We chose the Royal Plaza Hotel for its very good accommodation quality. The staff at the lobby desk assisted us in contacting us about our itinerary, how to report lost items, guidance on ride information, and the housekeeping staff were attentive. The cleaning of the room and the excellent service quality made my family and I have great memories of this trip. I am very happy to recommend my relatives and friends to choose Royal Plaza Hotel when traveling to Hong Kong.
Next time I come to Hong Kong, I will choose Royal Plaza Hotel to stay.
I hope that the Royal Capital Hotel can provide filter coffee bags in the accommodation rooms, and that the hotel has a bar and restaurant so that guests can have wine tasting and entertainment in the evening.

Second time staying here and back at the family room for four. Love the tight hotel security, location and surrounding area/mall as usual, the reason why we're back.

Travelling to HK Island stations is now a breeze from Mongkok East station as compared to my last HK trip, years back pre covid, when we had to walk all the way to Mongkok station via the link bridge. Love this added convenience especially when staying at Royal Plaza Hotel.

Bottled water is no longer provided as they now have filtered water in the bathroom. Wish they would change their carpets though... it's unpleasant looking and made us think thrice about putting our big luggages down on the floor.

Still one of my favourite HK hotels and definitely will be back again. Recommended for those who need a 4-pax capacity family room.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. It is located at Mong Kok East Station and is separated from Moko Shopping Mall. The best thing is that the hotel has valet parking service. If you spend enough money in the restaurant, you can park for free.
I used to come to Huayueting Restaurant for buffet, but now the hotel only has Chinese food, which is a pity.
This time I tried the Lion Room Restaurant on the third floor of the hotel. The environment here is very good, with large floor-to-ceiling glass, you can see the Lion Rock and the train.
Try the lunch set first
The beetroot and sea emperor vegetable dumplings are rich in meat, the seafood is very fresh, and the skin is thin enough
Corn and fish maw soup, tastes average, nothing special
Braised beef tendon with spicy onion braised gravy. I think the beef tendon is too liquid and I don’t like it.
Raw ground cashew juice, the cashew flavor is delicious, the sweetness is moderate, and it is very delicious
Butterfly pea ink coconut cake, the coconut flavor is very fragrant and the cake is very smooth
Overall, it's pretty good.
