Thank you Morris, Lane, Nora and Winky of Royal Garden Club staff for looking after us when we stayed in Hong Kong for 8 days. Excellent attentive and courteous service. Morris, we'll miss our daily chat over afternoon teas and your tips about places to visit. We had a pleasent stay at the hotel, room was spacious, meals in the restaurant were delicious and all the staff we met were were helpful. It was great to be back after 27 years, where 3 of our children were born when I was working for the Hong Kong government. We might come back again on day.

Stayed here for 9 nights in in January 2024 as a couple. We secured a more competitive rate as we booked via my partners work so worked out at around £130 a night when usually its upwards of £200 a night. We decided to stay here as my partner usually stays here on her work trips to Hong Kong and i am so glad we did.
Checked in via the club lounge check-in desk on the 12th floor so avoided the queues to check in on the ground floor. Please be aware you can only do this if you/your company is part of the club lounge membership. I forgot the staff names but the ladies who checked us in where wonderful and really helpful throughout our stay even allowing us to check in slightly early on our first day.
Now moving onto the really important stuff.
What we liked Cleanliness of the hotel and the room Friendly professional staff Comfortable large spacious room and bed Powerful shower (not one of these eco showers that give you a trickle of water) Great air conditioning Location, not far from the nearest MTR subway station and Hong Kong bay.
What we didn't like Nothing. Hotel was perfect.
Already planning our next trip to Hong Kong and a standard has been set, we will be staying here, no ifs or buts. If i did have to nit pick i would say the choice of fruit is a bit limited at breakfast, would have expected some dragon fruit/kiwi's etc but this is a nit pick.

Excellent and comfortable hotel. Check-in was smooth. Great air conditioning. All the staff we encountered were courteous and friendly. Many went above and beyond to ensure we get full service, which was greatly appreciated. Solid soundproofing as well. The rooms were quite spacious for Hong Kong standard. Bed was firm, but very comfortable. The pool was clean and was never packed with people. This was a great bonus on a hot and humid day. There were a few 7 elevens nearby (although small).

Transportation: Take the Hong Kong Express from the airport to Kowloon station and cab it to the hotel. If you are travelling with 2+ people, a taxi ride (non-rush hour) from the airport to the hotel is around the same price.
Laundry: Recommend to go directly across the hotel to Neno laundry. They charge by weight and was very reasonably priced. The owner even delivered the clean laundry to our hotel room on the same day with no extra charge.

Simply amazing! I was away on business for a month, and staff members were there for what ever was needed. Room service, breakfast buffet, room cleaning, door attendants, front desk, and concierge were all very attentive, friendly, and went the extra mile for their guests.

In April this year, I brought a team of more than 30 people to stay at the Royal Garden Hotel and received recognition and praise from all guests. The Royal Garden Hotel is in a very good location, with many restaurants around, and the team can basically walk to it in about 10 minutes. Of course, the hotel breakfast is very rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and the taste is also very good. The room is relatively large in Hong Kong, and you can also see the Victoria Harbour sea view, and the facilities are also good. We are quite satisfied. The most satisfactory thing is the hotel's service. In the heavy rain in Hong Kong, the hotel provided brand new umbrellas for our team's guests free of charge. I have been to this Hotel a couple of times now. They actually gave me exactly the same room number as my previous visit. The purpose of the visit was to meet up with a friend and do some sightseeing.
The Royal Garden Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. My room has been cleaned daily and the buffet breakfast has been brilliant. Every morning at breakfast reception there is a woman called Becky who gives you a wonderful welcome, putting you in a great mood with her big smile and giving you a big hello and good morning.
The hotel caters for all foreign clients and has several restaurants. I cannot say what the evening meals at the hotel are like as I always eat out in the evenings. The all you can eat buffet breakfast is the thing I can confirm is great.
Oh of a night you will have a brilliant sleep here. On my combined nights over the two visits I have not heard a single disturbance through the nights. Always on foreign holidays there are people who have had too much to drink causing problems through the night for other holidaymakers... Its not the case at the Royal Garden Hotel which is the most peaceful hotel I have ever stayed at.
The food locally is brilliant, fresh but varies considerably in cost. The worst meal I had cost me the most expensive. So be prepared on that score. The most expensive restaurants local to the Royal Garden Hotel may leave you feeling the most dissatisfied when you pay the bill, just as I found out at a local Steakhouse.
Anyone reading this I hope you have a pleasant stay at the Royal Garden Hotel should you wish to stay here whilst visiting Hong Kong. Bring plenty of change of clothes, as on sunny days the humidity will leave your clothes feeling wet and sweaty.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from exit P2 at the nearby MTR station and easy to walk along the promenade to the Star Ferry terminal. Our room was on level 6. It was clean and comfortable and a good size. We had a view along the street and could see the Peak on Hong Kong island. We could also see the harbour. The room was a little dated (as was the whole hotel) but staff, on the whole, were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food at the buffet breakfast. We also enjoyed afternoon tea and drinks/canapés in the lounge on level 12 (unfortunately we missed this on the first day as we didn’t arrive until 10pm). Staff kindly facilitated us having a shower in the evening of our last day as we had checked out at 11am and our flight home wasn’t departing until 11pm.

My wife and I stayed here on our trip to HK to coincide with my birthday. Unfortunately my wife had a fall while out shopping and was admitted in to a hospital for days. I informed the staff at the crowne club reception and they were very helpful and understanding. I was able to go take some breakfast items to the hospital for my wife and when she returned after four days in hospital, a more comfortable room was prepared for her. The reception, housekeeping, crowne club lounge (Nora, Morris and Megan,an intern and others) staff were particularly helpful and flexible in helping to make our stay comfortable albeit in unusual circumstances. The facilities and service here have been very good. I would go along with all the positive responses from others on that.

The nearest MTR is East TST. It haS an entrance about 200m from the hotel. However there is a fair bit of walking within the MTR stations.
The hotel is linked to the hotel airport shuttle which leaves the airport every 30 mins. THe bus stops at all the Hotels in the area and I think you need to book it in advance.
I used the airport express and a taxi. Taxis are quite cheap in Hong Kong
