*** A guest will leave a good impression of a Hotel, its depend on their "Services" 1) Bad service! I had requested for a non-smoking room/floor and they still put me in smoking zone. The manager/staff is speaking rude and loudly. 2) The room is small when I put my luggage, I need to climb over my luggage to cross...

Though i petronise this hotel for a long time, the front office staff don't give any damn care of what the guests are requesting. They just don't listen, care or do not know to say no in a better way. when i asked for an one hour late chek out, the front office staff flatly refused & point blank they...

I recently stayed at the Kimberley Hotel with a friend on a "girls shopping trip". The hotel is located in a fantastic spot with very easy access to buses, ferry terminal and subway. It is right in the heart of shopping precent. The rooms are small and very dated but clean. If you are looking for somewhere to sleep for...

This is an average hotel, in comparison to the superb hotels in HongKong. But you have to consider that this is no 5-star hotel with a 5-star hotel rate. However, it has a great location. If you are staying in HK for just 3-4 days and tends to be out all the time, location is a thing to consider. The...

I booked Kimberley Hotel for a 4D3N stay with my sisters (February 14-17,2012), we specifically asked for a 9th floor room because it was supposedly refurbished but when we arrived we were given a room on the 12th floor. It was a pleasant surprise to find it was spacious enough for the three of us because I was expecting something...

The hotel lobby was located at the 2nd floor. Room was a bit old and run down, not so spacious. Location was very convenient and you can even walk to Jordan. Counter staff was quite friendly and able to speak and understand English well. We stayed here for 2 nights. Overall okay.

Having booked a room on a "triple sharing" basis we were disappointed to find that our nineteen year old daughters bed was in fact a stretcher bed with a poor quality matress on top. Other hotels we stayed in offered a proper 3rd bed. The bath was grimy around the plug and the shower head had a lime build up...
