it's a no-fuss place, perfect for tourists like us on a budget. Thanks to Joyce who gave us directions on how to ride the subway to disneyland. Staff were courteous and helpful. Plus, they did not charge extra for the stay of my two kids. The smell of the lobby is refreshing. It's just a few blocks away from Harbour...

Stayed at the Imperial Hotel with a party of 5. The Hotel made arrangements for three of us to share one room and even gave a proper bed instead of the fold- up ones. That was great of them. Our stay on the 16th Floor was pleasant and the rooms were not all that small. Maybe if you are over...

i asked in advance for a room with a window (as previous reviews said some rooms don't have any or have ones which couldn't be opened). ours opened to a view of the apartments behind the hotel, not a great view but we aren't that picky - it's nice to see sky. i suggest you ask for rooms infront of...

I feel compelled to write my first review ever after returning from our family holiday in HK last week and we spent 4 nights in the hotel (booked 2 rooms , 901 and 914) . Noted the majority of the reviews on this hotel are the unfavorable ones, but i had a completely different experience there. Granted that we only...

We stayed at the Imperial for two nights on the way to Oz. I picked this hotel in the first instance for price and also because the pictures of the rooms looked ok on the internet. On arrival into Hong Kong we took the bus to the hotel (standing for one hour when you are tired isn't the best) however...

Located strategically on Nathan Rd, across the street access to MTR tsim sha tsui station, walking distance to avenue of stars, star ferry, and 10 mins walk to china ferry terminal. booked here for 2 nights for less than 140 USD (w/o breakfast). Staffs are helpful and kind. Looking forward to stay in this hotel again when visiting HK.

Other than location this place has nothing to recommend other than the very rude indifferent help and cramped depressing rooms. Avoid!!!!

We booked a six-night stay at the Premier room at 15th floor facing a building with no view at all, is very cramped, hardly any place for us to move around. The receptionist told us that all rooms from 12th floor upwards are considered as Premier room. Next day, we happened to pass another room on the same floor which...

In September 2009 an old lady was staying at the Imperial Hotel in a newly upgraded room. She had a shower and as she closed the glass shower door it shattered. The staff were called, they gave her plasters and they moved her to an old style room. She was covered in glass and blood and was shaking. 3 days...
