It seemed a perfectly nice & professional hotel at check-in. But unfortunately the room was not up to acceptable standards. Other than the room being tiny and shabby the bed was not big enough for two people and, as it was pushed up against the wall, it was difficult to get in and out. The mould smell was overpowering &...

If you are in hongkong for shopping either exploring around this's exactly your choice! Airport bus stop is only one step out of the door, walking distance for all shopping stuffs and definitely MTR. Plus star ferry or their highlight, Symphony of the light is only 5 mins walk away. Speaking of the room nothing much fancy, bed, bathroom, space...

Although central for visiting the area, we were very disappointed with our stay here. The room was not very clean, being small, you had to crawl on the floor at the end of the bed to use the safe. Not bedside lights, had to get out of bed to turn off main light. Meger amount of tea and coffee provided,...

The hotel's location is in the best area. Located in the strategic area and busy shooping street of Nathan road. MTR tsim sha tsui just across the street. Promenade area to see symphony of light just a few minute of walk. This is all what you paid for, location. The room itself is small, rather outdated but clean. The aircon...

They are frauds !! They refuse to refund your money if you cancel their bookings. They claim even if you have a natural disaster they cannot refund on cancellation. They cannot be trusted at all. Would not recommend anyone to book this hotel in Hongkong. They might end up taking your booking amount and might as well refuse entry to...

The location is what you are paying for here. Situated in the busy Nathan Road. It is right across a Tsim Sha Tsui station, entrance. Other establishments near it are: Mcdonald's, Cafe de Coral and Jenny's Bakery (Mirador Mansion). We got the Standard Room. It was really small. I had two medium sized luggage, and if I one luggage laid...

Hongkong hotel standards are anyway extremely low in terms of cost and its value in terms of space and comfort. I dont blame the hotel but rooms are small as is whole of space crunched Hongkong. Cost was high but normal in HK std. Location is good. Nothing extraordinary. Crowded front desk and lobby. Internet password only works in room...

My partner and myself stayed there from the 17th - 20th March 17, we had a standard room as we were only there for a few days and did not intend to spend much time in the room as we were out shopping, a standard room is small but still good as the price is much cheaper. If you should...

Pros: The hotel itself is near shops, restaurants and MRT. Really good location. Really fast check-in/check-out process. Has a tourist desk where you can already buy tickets for places such as Disneyland etc. Chinese visa can also be requested on the hotel too. Cons: I believe that the good location isn't enough for this hotel to be this expensive. I...
