Everything is just perfect :) nice rooms , nice staff. Near to everything. Room is large, decent and clean. Hotel lobby is nice. Pool is good. Staff very friendly and care for helping. Easy going everywhere. Very near to convention center by metro.

Yes, the hotel actually provides guests with a handy cell/mobile phone that can be used to make local calls for free. If I remember correctly, calls to some other countries can also be made for free but I think they're mainly nearby Asian countries. Not for Canada or US though. The phone can also be used to surf the internet and to pay for purchases when you open an account. We did not do this as we already had Octopus cards for small purchases but I can see how some people might find it useful for this purpose.
