As soon as you walk into the foyer, the serenity and beauty take your breath away. The service is polite and attentive. Check in was a breeze , just in time for a complementary champagne at 7.05pm. The room was excellently apppointed and serviced. Finally, the room service was the best I have ever had.

Great Hotel. We stay here every year. Lovely staff. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the action. Amazing shopping and plenty of really reasonable restaurants to choose from and all in walking distance.

Recently stayed at the Langham Hong Kong with my family after a business meeting at the ICON Hotel and booked the FAMILY rooms ( two connecting rooms) and I have to say the only thing going for this hotel is 1. the location 2. the clean Langham style ... the rooms were small clean and well lit. However the room...

Dear DJBSFO, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are concerned that we didn’t meet your expectation regarding our room and the lack of view. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused from the less than a delightful breakfast experience you had as well as the housekeeping trolleys in the corridor. We...

Great location, it's a 2 minutes walk to Harbour City and MTR station, there are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I stayed at the Grand Langham Room which was to be refurbished, But I did not find the room to be dated, I found a clean and beautiful classic design room. Our rooms came with the executive/ club...

Spent the last four night here during a Crowe Horwath Asia Pacific Regional Meeting (14-18 April 2015) and was thoroughly impressed with the rooms, conference rooms, restaurants and service. Definitely a first class and impeccably clean. Impressed certain bell captains even remembered by name after the first day. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Enjoyed the hotels two star Michelin for dinner and it was five courses for under $100. Scrumptious and waiters fluttering around you like butterflies Everything you could ask for in your room. The conceireges were great High or was three butlers passing out wine at 7:05 pm to celebrate an opening of new hotel in London. Oh and also the...

Stayed in the Langham for 3 nights with my mum and 4 months old. We have stayed here multiple times over the past 4 years. I decided to return to the Langham because I wanted to show it to my mum and see if she likes it. We stayed in one of the newly renovated Grand twin rooms on the...

My family and I stayed here earlier this month. The service from all staff, i.e concierge, front desk, housekeeping etc, was fantastic. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The only criticism I could give this hotel would be the rather large pre-auth amount taken from my card on check in, approximately $1000 AUD on top of the full...

Excellent service, very comfortable bed and outstanding breakfast. Lovely roof top pool and great sauna in the ladies change/room. Obviously a very popular hotel as it was very busy especially over rugby sevens when we were there. The perfumed foyer of the hotel is a welcome respite from the streets of Hong Kong but can be slightly over bearing. Staff...
