Went to HK to watch the James Taylor concert at the convention center n got to stay in our favorite hotel, the hotel didn't change a bit in terms of service n quality, the lobby is a bit darker but still smells good!

This hotel is right on brand as far as looks, facilities, and service. I had an absolutely amazing time in Hong Kong recently, and the staff here really contributed to that. The rooftop bar is stunning, and I was fortunate to have visited on a bright and clear day. The one rather overcast day that I had during my visit...

I experienced a great welcome upon arrival for my three nights at the Park Lane by Pullman. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and professional, as was the rest of the team in the lobby throughout my stay. Transportation, advice, guidance – always helpful and always with a smile. About the room: I was lucky enough to enjoy an upgrade and...

Having gone for a hike and left my wallet behind, I returned to the Park lane hotel. Sonny met my taxi and after I explained that my wallet was in my room, Sonny paid the taxi without any hesitation. Of course I paid him back but what a great gesture.

Wonderful service with a welcoming Executive Lounge team, step out of the hotel and you are in the heart of Hongkong! Situated in one of the best shopping and eating areas, right next to the beautiful Victoria Park. Top value for money. Hotel recently renovated.

From the time of our check-in at the 22nd Floor, the hotel service was just GREAT. The staff made sure we had our drinks at hand and our room was ready within minutes. The Executive Lounge served breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. And also acted as concierge for everything we need ask about exact places in Hong Kong. Location: It...

Great hotel - really easy and comfortable experience. Room is comfortable and fairly modern - beautifully clean. The view was disappointing (of air conditioning vents) but I didn't spend much time In the room for it to be a problem. Good selection of Breakfast and amazing sky bar with incredible views of the bay and HK.

There's an IKEA shop below the hotel. The air conditioner was good. The bed was alright but the pillows need replacing. They were too flat. The bathrobe was soft and the water pressure in the shower was a bit better than the one in Royal Hotel Macau. The room itself was a bit bigger too but the bathroom was small....

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
