A good value for money. The hotel is clean but the air conditioning does not smell fresh and one cannot open the room windows. The breakfast buffet opens at 7am; this is quite late for some people and early breakfast is not offered. I find the bed quite hard, my tastes go to more indulging mattresses Rooms are small but...

Excellent service and upgraded on arrival at 8am without extra charge. Food good value and location near MTR and not far from shops. So over all a pleasant surprise!

My company put me in the Rosedale due to to the fact the the location & cost was supposed to be good! However, in terms of value it was a raw-deal. Everything about the hotel - lobby/breakfast/room size/toilets/amenities spelt 'mediocre'!! Also the much talked about location advantage was actually quite the opposite - getting in and out of the hotel...

I had stayed in Rosedale for 2 weeks in Sept 2011. I booked the Junior Suite, and based on Hong Kong standards, the suite was a good size. Yes the bathroom is really small, and I wonked my nose on the sink because the space between the edge of the tub to the sink is small, but there were other...

Worst hotel stay in my life experience! The room rates were almost the same as Parklane nearby, but the rooms and services were way below standard. The corridor smell of vomit as a guest had vomited they the night before and the cleaners were unable to remove the smell. The room and the ensuite toilet were very small and dark....

The best part of the hotel is the foyer and reception area. The rooms are ok, obviously small by western standards, but average by eastern standards. But if you are in Hong Kong, you should only be in your room to sleep. The location is pretty good, a bit of a walk to the nearest railway station, but the tram...

The staff are decent. English and friendly. It's in causeway bay, tucked into a side street. A quick walk to an array of good food, shopping, karaoke. Rooms are a bit on small side but acceptable considering it's hong kong. If traveling with young children and strollers or buggy's, the high overpass walkways that connect you to the busy areas...

Just a few blocks away from SOGO, very convenient location. If by metro, just get off at the Causeway Bay station, choose the exit of SOGO. You can see the sign of Rosedale once you are in the street. The entrance of the hotel is in the back of lane, not in the mainroad. The room size is OK compared...

Managed to snag their anniversary promotion making it really worthwhile to stay here. Location is decent, slightly off the main causeway bay scene but with the tram stop just outside the hotel, hop on for HKD$2.20 and hop off wherever u like down the line. standard rooms are nice and big, toilets have bathtubs airconditioning is powerful. if you stay...
