My daughter and I just spent a week at this hotel and were so impressed by staff and facilities. We have stayed here previously and just stayed in standard rooms - our stays were very pleasant. This time, however, we upgraded to an Executive level room and it was well worth the additional cost. The separate checkin and check out...

Travelling with two of my teens meant booking a Triple Room and unfortunately there aren't many available so we were unable to get into our room until the incumbents checked out after our early morning arrival. Eventually "Andy" ( I have applied for his beatification!) took pity on us and gave a "comfort" room to shower, change and return to...

I stay here every year for a convention. Given its location the rooms are on the small side and they look a little tired. In the club rooms the service is excellent. The club lounge has been moved to B2 which means that while there is no view like before, it is a lot more roomy. Breakfasts are nice and...

We stayed in a 'Premium Room' for three nights in September and returned from Paris for a further three nights later in the month. The room was smallish and somewhat dated with a small bathroom with shower over the bath - something which we never take kindly too. Bed was comfortable but relatively small with good linen. The bathroom toiletries...

I have stayed here for years as my father did before me. The rooms are cramped, tired and lot's of things don't work properly such as sink and bath plugs, lights and electric points. The view can be simply horrible (or rustic if you have an artistic bent). The air conditioning loud. The bar was noisy and expensive with to...
