The worst hotel experience of my life. Arrived after a 15 hour flight to find they had cancelled my booking 2 hours before arrival because they could get more money for the room. I had booked 6 months in advance. In the end we were offered a room by by a woman who lived in the same building. Hotel filthy....

This is one of hostels in Chungking Mansions. Small with limit facility but forget it, your vacation not in the hotel Explore Hong Kong. FYI the hostel is in A block 17 F, A block with lift odd number is first in left, with lift until 15 F and stairs to reach 17 F. Find red door in the right...

Quite small and narrow . But most budget hotel in hong kong is like that. Don't expect much of a good stay or comfort in hong kong unless you have big money to spend. But in terms of facility and surrounding for attractions, transportation and food. The place is good. Moreover you get to check the place before you pay.

Stayed there three times. Cheap but always problems. Hard to get ahold of. Very poor service. Leaky toilets. Loud noises at night. Cooking smelly food at night. Soiled sheets. And they give out different prices. Wi fi works poorly or not at all. Won't go back

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Besides that, everything is going wrong there. It is located on a building full of people trying to sell you made-in China products and Kebab stores. You actually have to run away from them from the entrance until the elevator so they don't bother you. The place, unfortunately, stinks like...

The place where this hostel is situated is not recommended for staying. The hostel itself was ok with high price and very limited facilities. This place Chung King Mansion is in complete chaos situation. If you find a better option then select that rather then this.

I already paid the deposit and online it said I would be paying once we got there. The staff member emailed me saying that he already rebooked...

I travelled with friends days ago, we stayed at this hotel. Checked in at 1am because of flights etc.. When we reach the hotel address we can't fine the reception area. We followed the instruction in the booking paper but no ones there, no office whatsoever. It took us at least an hour until we find the right person. 1....
