First mistake, we should have stayed in HK island, less crowded. To check for your room, you will have to pass by a market, in a big creepy building. Then romos... More

We booked 2 triple rooms for 8 nights stay, however as soon as we checked in the hostel we wanted to move out straight away, and we did move out the next day as we found a much better place to stay. We forfeited 7 nights accommodation because we couldn't stand it. Be careful with this place because it's no... More

We stayed here for a week and I must say that the relatively low price of this hostel compared to the others in the same building, is worth the bumps that I and my friend would have whenever we get up from bed or go to the toilet.

So when we found out what Chungking mansions actually were we weren't particularly enthused by the reviews. However once making our way through the sales people (who weren't that bad by the way!) and finding the correct lift we were actually pleasantly surprised by the hostel. Check in was quick and easy and although the room was the tiniest hotel... More

This hostel is located inside Chungking Mansion of Tsim Sha Tsui. There are ALOT of hostels in this building and not to be confused with "Canada Hostel" because it's a complete different hostel located in a different block. This is at Block E, right at the end and i find it less crowded as compared with Block A. Be reminded... More

We knew what to expect from Chungking mansions having stayed above here the previous night and this guesthouse was particularly clean and considerably larger than that one. Decent size double bed this time. Hot showers and a bit more space. You've also got free tea and coffee and hot water should you need it. If i went back to Chungking... More
