It’s impossible to click out the customer upon check in without a reasonable explanation. It’s not suggested to choose to stay in Pentahotel Tuen Mun for such bad service like below: I have reserved and paid a room in advance for my client directly through the hotel website- Pentahotel Tuen Mun. However, upon arrival of my client, they said that since she need to have the community test throughout her visit in Hong Kong, they need to reject her check in, even though she got “Green Health Code” from China. Immediately, my client and I need to look for other hotels around with all her heavy luggage. After settled down my client, I called for complain and the reason why they clicked out my client upon check in. The girl whom received my call, even not saying sorry for any inconvenience caused to my client upon check in at the beginning and just said that their website- “ Important Information” has stated the reason clearly and it’s their policy that will reject the check in upon customer arrival if they are unable to fulfill their declaration requirements. Then, I just found what they claimed it’s clearly stated is “ We need to require each guest to fill in the hotel’s health declaration form to declare the health information.” But they did not mention that they will reject the check in upon arrival if the customers need to have community test throughout their visit in Hong Kong, even they got the Green Health Code from the place they departed. Then, I asked their reasonable explanation again, the girl just repeated what she said by the policy of their hotel. I also inform the girl that if their website has said they will reject the check in if the customer need to have community test through out the visits in Hong Kong, I will not choose to reserve the hotel. Also, I blamed that they just clicked out my client upon arrival but without suggestions for which hotel my client could try. I think it’s impossible still having bad service which provided by a hotel in Hong Kong nowadays.…
As a long staying family of Penta Hotel Tuen Mun, we are highly concerned about safety, security and harmonious of the hotel. At night of 25 Sep 2021, there was a team of drunk man came to the hotel lobby. They made trouble to the staffs and annoying the other guests. The night shift manager and front desk staffs were very professional and patient to handle rude behavior and unreasonable requests of those people. We are really appreciated that they had did a great job to defend the challenges of hotel’s regulations and protect the benefits of other guests.
I have stayed in this hotel several times. i think the room hugiene is getting worse. the towel and bed curtain was stained with yellow things, a few hair left on the bathroom... In addition, the room size is big , comfy bed. i will choose to stay again.
A nice contemporary room, comfy bed and pillow too. One thing is really bad is we found a lot of hair left on the floor and even on bedsheet. And also too many dust on all the clothe hangers, wish the overall cleanliness could be approve.
The curtains cannot block all light, I could not sleep too well. the room is ok, it is spacious. The TV is not too sharp, Quite disappointed that the gym room is closed. Quite relaxed in the room, with the convenient shop opened downstairs, it is good.
Room is nice and clean. Bed is big and comfortable. However, Dinner is not ok. I ordered the pork is not done. And the waiting time for breakfast is long. We wait over 20 to 25 minutes. And instant noodles is not hot enough and too soft.
The towel fluffing is serious, which makes me a little sensitive, but the overall environment is very good, quiet and comfortable The bed is comfortable and the quality of sleep has improved I booked a ps4 room that night, in fact, can the game be updated regularly or new games can be added, otherwise the ps4 seems to be useless
That is my third time to stay in the Penta Hotel. I am satisfying that the hotel can provide the early check-in option again for me. Room is large enough and it is suggested that there should be a small size refrigerator added in room.
Smooth check in and out Staff efficient and helpful Convenient location, just next to train and bus terminal. Room cozy, towels and utensils clean. Very good value for money. Have been repeated customer already.
I’ve tried no lift in the morning...although they offer some compensations but not good experience. The housekeeper throw away my bottle of tea not finished and my personal conditioner when I go out, not yet check out on that day.
