This place is newly renovated and at the time, there were no restaurant or spa. I am sure once it's finished, it will be even better. As for the amenities of the hotel, you find everything you need at Burlington. Though it was a bit on the smaller side, everything was super clean, the staff was ultra helpful, and I...

The hotel is amazingly well situated in Wan Chai close to MTR and streetcar. The staff were great (friendly, helpful, professional)! The hallway is at the ground floor with the reception which gives access to the elevators. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Could be small for a family (not unusual for HK) but it was great for us. We...

Stayed here on a recent business trip to Hong Kong. Staff was really friendly and courteous. The rooms are small but typical for this price range. Amenities were average. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were really quiet no outside noise. Hotel is very close to train station (island line) Lots of shops and restaurants easy walking distance.

The Burlington is very reasonably priced and has a great central location in Wan Chai on the main Hennessey Road a block and half walk from the MTR, The delights of wan chai are just a block behind the hotel, if that's your thing. The staff were great - it's a small reception when you go in and the rooms...

Hello everyone, I was been in hong kong two days ago and I got lost in the crowded streets of the city. In desperation I asked for help at the reception of Burlington and although I was not their guest they kindly called a taxi and interacted in chinese with the taxi driver explaining him what was my destination. I...

My first night in town I stayed at the Boutique 9 which was great for the money (44 USD on Hotels.com) Then I wanted to splurge a bit and get something nicer...I found out about this place and it was a very pleasant stay. Amazing customer service, nice room and right in a great area. I recommend it.

Stayed at this place for a weekend in HK. The room was compact but well finished & very clean, with good use of the space (sliding doors etc). Includes kettle, tea & coffee, microwave & a safe. Great picture window with rather neat electric blinds. Walking distance to the harbour and only a few minutes from Wan Chai metro station...

We had three great nights at this hotel. Friendly staff, good location, clean modern room and ensuite. We had a good nights nights sleep, in a quality bed and quiet room. Close to the metro and walkable to central and causeway bay.

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
