Convenient to walk toward the cultural landmarks in southern central Beijing urban area, such as the Front Gate, Temple of Heavens and even Tian'Anmen. There are residential complexes all around, but tranquil enough for 3 nights. Two famous hospitals nearby contribute most traffic around.
