Stayed for a couple of days with g-adventures. As this was our first hotel it needed to be easy to find and it was. Right next to the metro, line 2. A few stops on the bus to Tiananmen square. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel as there was a dumpling booth just round the corner that spoke adequate English...

Stayed here for 3 nights during a trip with G Adventures. The hotel is clean and has a satisfying standard. It's not a luxury hotel, but to stay for a couple of days it's perfect. It's right next to the main train station in Beijing, so if you're traveling further or arriving by train it's a good choice. Western toilets...

The hotel is a little outdated but it still feels quite fancy. The rooms are a good size and the shower was lovely and refreshing! The location is great with a supermarket being less than a five minute walk away and a delicious bakery about three minutes away. Great base for exploring the main sights of Beijing.

Great location! I stayed for two nights. The room was cleaned every day. The two bakeries around the hotel are tasty! The metro station is in front the hotel and there are several convenience stores and malls.

My sister and I stayed here before and after a tour on the Great Wall. The check in staff were friendly and our room was clean. The hotel is in a great location and the tour office within the hotel is really helpful if you want to book anything - and they also speak great English compared to reception staff....

Enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the metro station was right next to the hotel. The bakery attached to the hotel has tasty offerings. There is a dumpling store right around the corner with great food! There is always a line so you know it's good. Would stay again.

This hotel served my purpose as far as being a clean room and bathroom and a comfortable bed. As an English only speaker however I found the staff unsuitable for international guests. Local Chinese guests were put ahead of me in the queue to check-in and the english speaking front of house staff had to be summoned and were disgruntled...

I was expecting worse having read some of the reviews before going, but overall I like this hotel. All rooms are non-smoking which I was pleased about, check-in was painless and the receptionist connected my Ipad to the internet for me as I checked in. Rooms basic, but comfy enough, it could do with a refurb' but essentials are there....

I stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour group so did no research ahead of booking, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The location is fantastic; there is Chongwenmen metro station right next to the hotel entrance which is on two of the major Beijing subway lines meaning you can access pretty much...

This hotel is situated on a corner of a major intersection. It is in the middle of 2 different train stations and close to some amazing shopping centres. Perfect for what we wanted and friendly staff. They don't understand English very well but they do try.
