It was a very grand france-chateau looking hotel. Hot water and ac were ok, i didn't get any food since i did not buy the breakfast-included package. In the inner city. The water fountain wasn't filled when i was there. Looking classic everywhere, but dusty. There's a lift but aside of the grand building... IT WAS SO STRANGE that when...

The exterior of the hotel looks really huge and grand, with the golden stallions/horses statues outside. Pretty impressive at first look, but the room was nothing much to rave about. Reception area was really small, it being our first time staying at this hotel, we didn't know what to expect. In fact we were not even sure if we were...

Apart from the hotel lobby nothing else is worth 5 starts here. Only a few people of the staff speak English , making it very hard to communicate or order simple things. This was specially annoying at the hotel restaurant, where simple words like "hot" weren't understandable. By the way, the service at the restaurant was very far from what...

This is not ideal for tourists or visitors who want to explore the city your own as is far from train station. The only way is to take taxi. Room condition is not ideal too. Not well maintain and the workmanship is very poor. Breakfast is average and the varities are not fantastic. Imagine I stayed that 11 nights and...

My stay here did not get off to a good start when the map provided by the travel agent was anything but accurate, so some time later when we found the hotel which looked nice from the outside. Unfortunately this is not the case when you enter. The staff though trying to be helpful speak very little English, which makes...

I agree with those who said this is not a 5 star hotel. The staff are very poor, especially the reception staff, so unwelcoming. The swimming pool is so poor, they said not really part of the hotel, no towels, the TV, just HBO, no satellite, no Internet in room evrything so poor and such unresponsive staff

First the real name of this hotel is "Royal Court" and it's location is very bad...very far away from metro and everything. We have a superior room and it was horrible, no view, the carpet was dirty, also the bathroom and the furniture was very worn! After check-in we left our things in the room and went to walk...when we...

This hotel is by far my least favourite hotel I have stayed in over the last few years. It is by no means terrible, just distinctly average, definitely not a five star hotel and one should save their money and book elsewhere. From the outside the hotel looks very regal, except for the awful gold/yellow statue - very tacky Chinese...

This hotel is poor in every sense. You will just want to leave. No bellboy, lost confirmed booking, smoky non-smoking room, 1970's room furnishings, downbeat clientele, empty restaurants general "worse side of human nature" depression. Avoid

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hasty construction, bad maintenance, garish decor, poor customer service, and inconvenient location is all this hotel has to offer. From far away, this hotel looks promising, but a closer look (and one night's stay) reveals all it's shortcomings. The giant gold statue is actually a fountain that's dried up and filled with...
