I am giving this Hotel 5 stars, as my stay was wonderful, everyone at the hotel was very helpful, breakfast was outstanding and overall cleanliness was great. For those of you who are extremely spoiled, you won't probably give it 5 stars. Please consider this is an older hotel. If you look closer there are items that need attention, such...

My wife and I had five nights here earlier this month. It's an excellent hotel with large rooms and well appointed too. Two TV's was a bonus and a nice lounge/study area with a couch, single chair and writing desk. Two basins in the bathroom and a shower and bath. Not many English TV channels to choose from was a...

We were travelling with my cousin, celebrating her 75-years anniversary during our trip. We chose Beijing Hotel Nuo due to a perfect location to see the most important sights of Beijing and the place appeared to be such. Our stay was a trip to remember because of the service we got. Ms Khan and the whole concierge team made our...

We spent a two-day layover in Beijing for a first time visit and booked a two night stay at the hotel. The staff were all courteous, the rooms, bathrooms (especially) were spotless. We booked a pickup and drop off from the concierge at the hotel. For a premium charge we wanted you avoid the hassle of trying to secure a...

Dear Bebet N, thank you for sharing your experience on TripAdvisor, and for choosing Beijing Hotel NUO as home in Beijing. It's great to read that you enjoyed your visit, and that the Concierge Team was able to assist with transportation to and from the airport, and to add a little extra by the upgrade to a Jaguar. Very nice building lots of art pieces around that caught the eyes. Very good convenient restaurant for breakfast. Good lounge area and bar suitable for business meetings. International channels on the TV and good gym. The downside came on the maintenance of the rooms. The standard on the lobby does not compare to the one in the rooms. In the...

Chinese hospitality at their 4 and 5 star hotels is always superb and the service at Hotel NUO is no exception. The hotel was built in 1917 and was formerly know as the Raffles Beijing. I was taken on a tour by the German manager and it was pointed out that Mao formed the PROC in the ballroom in 1949....

What a wonderful hotel! Walking into the lobby is like traveling back in time and entering a Old Grand Hotel with shining chandeliers, polished marble and a grand staircase.
