I loved the location close to the subway and pretty central so it is easy to get around. Restaurants, little shops and bakeries are very close, easy to walk to. The room, standard double (with two beds and window - they do have rooms without windows on the ground level) was spacious and clean, had a refrigerator, flat screen TV,... More

If you're going to spend a lot of time in the room and want luxury, probably isn't the place for you. But if you'll use the hotel as a place to sleep and take a shower, it'd be hard to get a better value considering it is about 100m from the nearest subway station and many restaurants and such very... Spent 2 nights here on the start of our holiday and one more on the last night before flying home. Our first room was much better than the last night, the first room had views over the hutongs, better than the brick wall on the second room. The bathrooms, were both clean, however the beds were not particularly comfy and... More

A smart hotel in the dongcheng district near the metro and loads of shops and bars in the same street. Short walk to the local (hutong) back alleys that are well worth s look both when dining and shopping.

Cheap. Near a Beijing subway station. You can also get a glimpse of some hutongs in the area. Local restaurants as well as KFC/Mcdo are within walking distance of the hotel. Room is spacious and okay for the rate. Bathroom is clean. Hotel service is mediocre. I have to drag all my luggage to my room since there's no one... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night, instead of the 5 nights we were planning on staying during our trip to Beijing. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted with a strong smell of paint. The adjoining restaurant is under renovation, and the workers were sanding and painting some furniture in the lobby of the restaurant.... More

Had a lot of sightseeing planned with my chinese friends and I wasn't planning on staying in the room much so wanted to find a safe, cheap place in a good location and I would say for the price, this was pretty perfect. The room had all usual hotel amenities available, service was good once the staff understands what you... More

I was looking for a cheap hotel close to a metro station, which hopefully wouldn't have rats og cockroaches running around everywhere. Ping an fu hotel was exactly that - and nothing more. I found what I was looking for, so didn't really disappoint in any way, however before you book you should ask yourself if you can live with... More

Stayed at this hotel as part of a tour. Nothing amazing. We specifically requested NO rooms facing walls, back alleys, etc, and got one anyway. Asked to be moved, & were told the hotel was full. Had a dead cricket in the wardrobe when we arrived, and it was still there when we left. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and... More
