This hotel is a real gem and really surprised me in quality. It is very much comparable to international 5 stars hotel chain brand. Firstly the lobby is really grand and beautiful. Next the room is also large and nice. Totally worth the price. The hotel even goes extra mile to provide wifi service when outside the hotel for all...

This was our third hotel as part of our family voyage from London to Hong Kong. The hotel is well sited and within 10 mins walk from the nearest Metro station. The hotel is modern, has superb rooms and a fairly relaxing place to stay. If you don't speak Chinese, then you may incur some initial challenges, but this is...

This hotel is frequented by Chinese nationals and most of the staff does not speak English. The air conditioner didn't cool the room and even though I went in march and the outside weather was cold the inside felt extremely hot. The breakfast options are mainly Chinese. The subway station is at a short walk, but there's no much to...

Stayed here only for a night, but was very impressed. Very clean, modern rooms with beautiful decor. Rooms are very large and spacious as well, bathroom is well equipped and clean, food is good as well.

Had a pleasant stay here. Only problem would be the lack of english speaking staff, especially the ones answering the phone for room service. It took like 3 different calls and over 30 minutes to order some food. However the staff are very helpful and tried their best to accommodate. The room was quite spacious as were the bathrooms with...

This is a well appointed hotel, extremely close to Caishikou subway station and thus convenient for getting to all the key sights in the city. Whilst not in the centre of town, the area is safe and the hotel itself has good facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and our position on the 18th floor afforded us with quite a...

The Hotel rooms are big but it is a typical chinese Hotel. more cover than Content. e.g. at the reception they understand very bad English - besides check in and out you are lost. Restaurant is very crowded and it could have been a bit more western Food, e.g just a few Corn Flakes for breakfeast. Internet Connection was terrible...

The hotel is just distance from train station and is pretty big room. Booked for business purpose and the price is acceptable for the size of the hotel. The quality of the staffs varies from not very good to good, so suggestion is try your luck. The swimming pool and gym are good, reasonably big and comfortable. The only downside...

The room and bathroom were spacious with comfortable fittings. We only had the breakfast but it was a good mix of Chinese and western food choices. The only problem was the at times unbareable stuffy and hot room due to poor AC. This made the overall stay in the hotel less pleasurable than it could have been.

The positives sides of this hotel have been the large rooms and the helpful staff. Unfortunately they could not fix the problem with the air conditioning which lead to a high temperature combined with dry air inside of the rooms. For our second night they opened our window which helped a little bit. Additionally, due to its situation on a...
