Hotel clean and well serviced. Staff helpful. Plenty of variety of foods at breakfast. Also excellent restaurant with a great selection of fresh fish and a variety of international dishes. Rooms clean and well serviced.

Stayed at the Loong Palace as part of a Nexus tour and was very pleased with the hotel. Excellent facilties in very clean and modern place; could not fault the room, restaurants, buffet breakfast or staff. Easy bus travel to all major tourist places such as Great Wall and Forbidden city etc. Would definitely recommend the hotel on all areas.

Stayed here as a part of a Nexus tour. The hotel was nice. Room and bed comfortable. Air Con didnt work at all. Was a common theme with many other couples. Bar staff have no idea what they are doing and there is no sense of urgency to assist in getting your order. Never tried the food in the hotel.

Stayed there for a week during a business trip. Spacious clean room with very efficient A/C (its quiet sound will put you to sleep quickly!) and thick curtains to ensure no sun rays hit your face in the morning. TV sets are quite strange though, 50+ Chinese channels and only 2-3 English speaking ones (HBO as a standard which can...

Overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable during the 3 nights we stayed at this grand hotel. Beijing is a very big city however we felt that the hotel is well located not too far from the Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and the Emperor's Palace. The hotel is grand in appearance, clean and the morning breakfast was served with lots...

Stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of Nexus tour. Hotel was great rooms spacious and clean. Food good. Shopping centre with many food options about 15 mins walk - turn left at front of hotel then walk to the big intersection, turn left and walk 200 m to railway overpass, over the other side of road and follow...

It was too bad our plane was late and we didn't get to the hotel until 3:00 AM, but the bed was amazing. Woke up early of course and the buffet breakfast was pretty cool. Lots of Asian selections, dumplings, veggies, and other "interesting" fare. We discovered a whole other Western area the next day, but kept going back to...

Our room was perfect. Two women traveling together want space and this hotel provided a spacious room! It more than met our expectations. And the breakfast buffet was very well done. The location was not convenient to walking anywhere, but our tour kept us so busy that leaving the hotel was not an option anyway.

We stayed here for 3 nights it is outside of the city so is very quiet at night. The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. We were pleased to find slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes with toothpaste kits replenished daily, new combs, cotton swab packs, and usual toiletries in the room. There also is a kettle to boil water to use with...
