A client's travel agency booked this dump for me, undoubtedly drawn in by the relatively low price for a central location with a Western brand name. I can say unequivocally it's the worst Starwood property I've ever stayed at. Dated decor, paper-thin walls, uncomfortable beds, inedible breakfast and personnel who mean well but speak next to no English. Hot water...

This hotel must be built quite a long time ago. Very solid building unlike recently built ones in this country. Yes, every corner shows age, however clean and comfortable for the room rate I have paid. Also the location! From/to the capital airport, there is a airport bus stop 1 minute walk from the hotel. Bus ride costs RMB25 and...

The hotel is very much outdated. It's everything: the color scheme, the 80ies television, the shower curtain, the manky sliding doors of the wardrobe, the safe. Even the exec lounge looks weary, tired. I was only staying here for 1 night, but if I was staying longer, I would have changed hotel. On the positive side: the staff was very...

This has to be the worst hotel EVER. Nothing works properly. I think this hotel was built when the actual great wall was built therefore is outdated. However, that's the last of the problems. This hotel makes everything to be a madness. Both check in and check out are a real pain as none of the staff is able to...

I keep coming back to this place since 4 years despite it's age, mainly because of its location. Check-in and -out is smooth, although no guess-recognition is in place. Even after 100+ nights that I've stayed there nobody would ever greet me by name. Rooms are clean, comfortable and non smelling. Probably the only Sheraton property in whole Asia, that...

Please avoid at all cost - advice from me as a SPG Platnium. Sevice is worse than non-existing. The staff actually try to make things wrong for you just so they can do less. Upon check-in, I requested a Temp Residence Registration Form as required for my China visa application at police station the next morning. The staff at SPG...

Stayed here for a couple night. The location is ok, but the hotel is very dated and in need of renovation throughout the whole hotel. Carpets shows lots of ware. The rooms are small, and only have one outlet to use for phones, laptops, stuff. Makes it hard. The prices do reflect its low cost stay.

We stayed for one night here while on transit through Beijing. We booked this hotel for its proximity to the Airport Express train line. While the interior of the hotel was rather dated, unless you intend on spending a significant amount of time in the room, the hotel is a comfortable place to relax. - The hotel is located off...

I did not stay here, rather attended a conference, however, a number of my colleagues DID stay at this property. This is a 1980's era hotel. It was quite clean, however, as others noted, dated. The restaurant buffet was sub-standard and I felt the entire property was dimly illuminated. On the positives, the hotel is just off the ring road...

OK, one complaint... the phone in my bathroom wouldn't stop beeping, so I had to unplug it. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with complimentary bottled water (which I think is standard in Beijing). I chose this hotel mainly for the location, near the Agricultural Exhibition Center metro and lots of attractions in Chaoyang District.
