We picked the hotel as we were literally just spending a few hours in here as we transited back from Xi'an and had an overnight stay in Beijing before flying home to the UK. Its in a good location - a short walk from the nearest subway and its just one stop to Wangfujing shopping street. The room was very...

This hotel is a good budget option, although I'm wondering why hotels in China are holding double the amount of the hotel total price on debit and credit cards? Anyway, the room was ok with free wifi (always a plus) and heating. The breakfast had lots of western and Chinese options and reasonably priced. This hotel is in a fantastic...

Wifi only in the Lobby…lol…and the wifi is WEAK. Desk staff are ridgid and unwelcoming. This is an authentic chinese hotel catering it seems, NOT FOR TOURISTS…I had a lousy experience at this hotel and will not be back EVER...

Well maintained hotel with efficient staff, all spoke excellent English. Seemed to be a real variety in nationality of guests so obviously a popular and busy hotel. This did impact breakfast a little, if you go at peak time expect to struggle to find a seat and you may end up sharing with other guests. Other than that rooms were...

Great hotel in a great location! Walking distance to Wangfujing Rd- night markets, great food, wacky food and trashy souvenirs you just know you have to get. Room was very nicely furnished, more than enough space, bathroom one of the best I have had in a hotel. Breakfast was insane, in a good way, so much variety and the non-strange...

The location is great, only 100-150m from the metro station, so you can easily get to any attraction in the city. (If you like shopping - big shopping malls are down the street). Also no problem with currency - there is an exchange at the reception and two cash-machines at the hall. The room was huge, clean and with a...

A great hotel in a great location! We walked to the hotel from Beijing Railway Station, where we found the hotel on a busy main road. The staff were extremely friendly on arrival, and spoke enough English that check-in wasn't a struggle. We got a room with a kingsize bed, which after spending a week on the Trans-Mongolian Express was...

Don't be put off by the communist style drab exterior. Inside, this is a very good, 4 star hotel in excellent location. Big, clean, modern rooms with all the amenities you will ever need. Soft beds, good dual head shower, bathrobes, free bottles of water every day. Nice helpful staff - we arrived at 8am and they let us have...

Great hotel with fantastic breakfast with a selection of food for everyone! Very easily accessible to the subway, if you take the C exit (south/east) - it is VERY close to the hotel (the other C exit has SO many stairs!!). Also within a few subway stops from the Pearl Market, Temple of Heaven, Silk Market, Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing Street,...
