Stayed here for a couple of nights. Really good breakfast buffet. Hotel is new and staff are friendly. My room was on 12th floor and I could just see Olympic park. About 1 hour drive to main city airport. The hotel is on the University of Geosciences campus with a huge shopping mall nearby with loads of good restaurants. The...

This is quite a good hotel, one year or so old, still looking new and impressive… It is in the universities area of Beijing and access to it by car requires checking in at the entrance gate. The rooms are fine; there is a working desk; the lights work and there is plenty of light overall… The bathroom works and...

I don't know why they called this a four star hotel. This is an excellent hotel (with exceptions: the toilet kept plugging). It's a blessing that there's free WiFi, and tables for you to use (which are pretty narrow bar-style tables but good enough to put a 17 inch MacBook), which is really set up for working. Bed is slightly...

Nestled within the campus of the Geosciences University (hence, the name), this modern hotel was built only a few years ago and provides a great night's sleep in a location convenient to several of Beijing's important universities and the surrounding Haidian District. The rooms were modern and clean and the beds comfortable. Overall, the hotel was quiet, though some mornings...

beautiful and comfortable hotel room! honestly nicer than the grand hyatt in beijing (i stayed at both) because this hotel is newer. although close to the subway, it takes a while to get to the major sights like the forbidden city, tiananmen square, etc. so location-wise it's not the best. the hotel is located in wudaokou, which is a pretty...

Located inside he campus of the Geosciences University in Beijing has pros and cons. Clearly the campus offers a nice environment and the hotel was very quiet. There is little to do within the campus so most shopping and food are a 10 minute walk to outside the gates. We had trouble to get taxi's to find the hotel and...

Varying quality of rooms but clean, wide variety of food available for breakfast. I would particularly recommend the banana cake and the omelettes made fresh by a special omelette chef in the mornings. Location is not great but is 10 mins walk from a tube stop and a shopping centre. Limited natural light in rooms
