I was in Beijing for business to attend an exhibition at the China National Convention Center. The hotel was several minutes walk to the entrance of the Center I required. The hotel is situated in the Olympic park. Beware, there is not much going on here in the evenings! The closest underground station is Olympic Park which is within 10...

If you are attending a conference at the CNCC this is a good place to stay - close to the conference center and cheaper than the intercontinental. If you are not attending a conference I am sure there are a lot better options in Beijing, both as far as location and value-for-money goes. The rooms are fine. They are a...

So there are positives and negatives at this hotel. For the money if you are attending a conference at the CNCC, this is the better hotel. The Intercontinental is too expensive and they have downsides, too. There were alot of us at both hotels, so we got the full report. A couple things at CNCC drove me crazy 1) The...

Stayed here on a pre-arranged tour and was extremely and pleasantly surprised, Hotel is western styled, clean, with multiple amenities. Breakfast buffet is good although I must agree with a previous poster - repetitive. Front desk service is efficient. Example is - an ice bucket is supplied but no ice machine. Called downstairs, staff member was at the room with...

Brilliant everything, the rooms, the food, the staff! The only thing being a repetitive breakfast which we had for 7 days! But the overall quality of fod was excellent, no complaints there. The staff was extremely helpful, taxis/travel was not a problem at all. In fact my father lost his wallet in a taxi but the staff was kind enough...

I have been staying here for 10 days to attend two different conferences (one at the nearby CNCC, the other at another conference centre a 20 min walk/5min taxi drive away) and it was neither a problem to get to the town centre (inexpensive taxis waiting directly before the entrance, metro 10 minutes away). It is also relatively close to...

Didn't have high expectations but actually the room quality did surprise on the upside. It is definitely NOT a 5 star class hotel and the location is also not convenient unless you are going to the convention center. It basically has nothing around the area. However, the rooms were far better than my expectations and it could be better quality...

As long as you are not seeking 5 Star facilities the The CNCC Grand Hotel provides all you need in the way of helpful staff, well appointed rooms, adequate breakfast and excellent access to the Olympic Park and the Convention Centre. The local "CBD " is a short walk away where there are a number of good local restaurants, spas...

As I was not happy with the aircon of the Interconti Beichen, I popped over to this hotel where my friends were staying in, as it is also within reasonnable walking distance to the Convention centre. And also for the free Wi-fi. in the lobby. It has a more chinese flair and the reception staff quite helpful. The decor of...
