We were here for sightseeing with a tour group. We stayed here 5 nights. The rooms were clean, the hotel was spotless. The staff was courteous and many spoke English. The breakfast buffet was essentially the same each day, but plenty of american items to help us fill up before going out for the day. We went down to the...

Found the room to be spacious, modern, clean and quiet....certainly 4 to 5 stars. The room came with an exceptional level of amenities, including pool, spa, and in-room wifi. All toiletries, including tooth brush, paste, shampoo, slippers and bathrobe were included. Food...the included breakfast buffet was outstanding. Cook-to-order omelettes, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and fruit juices were always served...

This is a very good hotel, but not cheap. It is close to the Convention Centre, which can be reached by both underground and open air walkways. The breakfast buffet is not the best I have had, but pretty good. The bedroom was large, well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Nice lobby and reception area with personnel that try their best to be helpful. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable but as with many foreign countries the AC could be better. WiFi is included with the room but nobody in our group was able to connect so be guided accordingly. It was a great location for the Olympics and still...

This hotel is trying hard to be a luxury property. But all the glass, marble and a word "grand" in its name cannot really transform this fairly bland and drab property into a 5-star facility. Rooms are really underwhelming, wifi very poor and personal service non-existent. The whole place exudes socialism with a fairly sad and dull atmosphere. Ok to...

Our tour group was booked into this hotel and for the most part we had a wonderful stay. So it might be best to get to not so "cool" part first. As with many hotels outside of the US air conditioning is hit or miss. You would think however for a 5 Star hotel, it would be a hit or...

This was perfectly situated for my conference. I don't know why people complain about the distance from the conference centre, there is aback route from the hotel, 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is modern and clean. Lobby area lovely. Service very good. The room was well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice a lot of options, western, Chinese,...

We stayed here theee nights recently and had a very good experience. The hotel is well located near the third ring road of Beijing, linked to the convention centre by corridors and adjacent to the Olympic park, shopping centres and metro. Despite having over 400 rooms the hotel never felt crowded. Public areas are large and spacious. The hotel was busy when...
