This hotel is a stones throw from the Guloudajie subway station. The neighborhood is fairly quiet with interesting vendors setting up at nite. It gives you a flavor of Beijing with many restaurants within walking distance. A McDonalds is next door if you need one. There is also a 24 hour mini-mart next to that. This hotel is placed right beside the hutongs and has many different styles of restaurant around. The cost is less than the hostels nearby even cheaper if you join the club for 40Y and get 30Y a night off rooms. Only bad points are the constant request for 2 towels and people leaving their doors open setting off their alarms.
