Stayed at the hotel for three nights. Upon arriving and checking in discovered that the toilet didn't flush. Visited the front desk and someone came and fixed it, although it remained difficult to flush for the remainder of my stay. Second problem was in room internet, was told my passport number would be my password. That never worked first nor...

Having stayed in this hotel last year found things a little different on this visit. More staff at the front desk spoke English which was great. The room this time was dusty most of the time although amenities replaced daily and the fresh fruit basket a nice touch left after turn down service at night. Bathroom left a lot to...

We stayed here as part of a tour, the hotel is generally very lovely, rooms are nice and spacious, good bathrooms, great variety if breakfast. One word of warning, no one in this hotel can speak any English, not even enough to muddle by. This makes doing anything at all within the hotel very difficult indeed, from ordering room service...

Entering the lobby of this hotel gives a good impression but on closer inspection it could use a good carpet cleaning and airing out, The hotel only has one nonsmoking floor out of six floors and those smell of stale cigarette smoke. Each floor is large and spread out so a lot of walking to get anywhere depending on how...

The hotel itself is very beautiful and the rooms were clean and spacious. However, the location was poor, it was far from everything. Nobody in the hotel spoke a word of English to give directions so it was difficult for my friend to find me. The buffet area was clean and not bad. The service I would say the worse...

The hotel itself had good sized rooms, very decent restaurants, breakfast was good. Location was poor as it was not near anything. some sleazy massage spas, and auto repair shops. Virtually no one in the hotel spoke a word of english and we needed our tour leader to work with us for communications. it was a 45 to 50 minute...

We stayed at the West Trade International as part of a Sinorama tour for 4 nights beginning 12OCT12. Nice hotel, spacious rooms, nice breakfast. However the location was near nothing (except auto dealerships and repair shops) and it would be nice if someone at the reception or concierge desk spoke english! 50 minute cab ride from Airport.

I stayed in this hotel for five nights last month after it was selected for me by business associates. Although a little out of the way it did have a small supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained although the non smoking floor was in need of a face lift and appeared tired. The room...

The rooms are spacoius and clean, well decorated and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpfull. The food in general is good with breakfast plentyful and varied enough for...

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Hotel was very accomodating for Candian visitors. The information desk was helpful with maps and directions. Morning breakfast buffet had all of our favorites. The pool and spa area looked very luxurious but I didn't have enough time to enjoy it. Rooms were very nice and included tea kettle and refridgerators
