Stayed in May for 3 nights. The mattress was like sleeping on concrete. Air conditioning did not work. Again as with all of China staff do not speak English. The lights in the room came on at 12 am by themselves and again at 2 am, trying to communicate this to the staff was a feat of mammoth proportions. MASSIVE...

Very quiet hotel in busy area not surprising as everywhere here is busy. Friendly staff but very little English spoken. Large foyer and impressive exterior. Good rooms with good facilities. Overall not bad but language is a problem.

Mattresses like wood. Room temp stuck at 26C deg. Little or no English speaking staff. MASSIVE queue for breakfast, and when they ran out of coffee, bread, butter, cutlery, milk, they just weren't on the ball with replacing it. Really, just not great.

The room was pretty darn good even if the carpet needed cleaning and the furniture was a bit tired. Breakfast was good as well although some greater Western options would have please the palate as our first Chinese experience. Don't expect anyone to speak or understand English

Stayed here as part of a group tour so transport was not an issue for us. The hotel was superb. Rooms were very good. Staff were excellent and very helpful and spoke enough English for us to get by. Large department store and supermarket within walking distance. Eating places nearby. Free Wifi available. Dining and breakfast were great. Large range...

Just checked in Internet is very slow, unusable. My MiFi works so much better. To save money, they turn off the HVAC system. Outside temperate is 14 degrees C. Inside the room I am prespiring. Windows open. No air flow. Went to the front desk, they refused to help. And insisted i amend my online booking to get a room...

This was the hotel booked by our Chinese partner as it was close to their office. The hotel looked grand from outside and the lobby was well laid out. There could have been more seating areas in the lobby. They rooms were spacious. The gymnasium was small and did not open till 7.00am which was a issue as it did...

My family and I stayed here as part of our tour in Beijing. The hotel overall is average. The room is a bit old but it was fairly clean. The beds are quite hard. The wifi here is absolutely terrible as it always dropped out and was very slow so be aware if you are here to do business. The...

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip in early August. The lobby is impressive, and the room was of a good size with standard ensuite facilities. Carpet in room was stained, but bedsheets etc all clean. Breakfast had the usual mix of European staples (cereals, breads, eggs, fruit) with more interesting Chinese offerings. Staff level of English...

We went to Beijing last March 8-14, 2016 courtesy of Royal Kites and Tours and they upgraded us to this hotel. It was the coldest temperature I've ever experienced in my whole life about - 2C. First winter adventure but no snow. Most probably, you go to Beijing around December or January to experience snow. They have centralized temperature inside...
