I have recently stayed at the Jinma Hotel. The hotel is located at the intersection of two busy roads. The room was ok in general, sort of a small apartment with a large sitting area with sofas, but it was in need of some renovations. The bathroom was not in great shape, some mold on the floor by the shower,... More

I have stayed at this hotel on several trips to Beijing. The staff is helpful and overcomes any communication issues. The rooms are clean. One issue this trip was a lack of hot water for morning showers. I love the breakfast buffet on the 29th floor. A good choice when visiting nearby universities.

The hotel is situated in the University district northeast of the city center (10 till 15 km) and 5 km from the Olympic district. It is a hotel for business and professionals (twin rooms and singles). A subway station is not on walking distance, but a new line is under construction and has an access in front of the hotel.... I have lived in Beijing for a few years, and have had all of my immediate family visit. My father and brother made the trip during the Christmas vacation in 2012, and they stayed in the Jinma hotel since my apartment was across the street. It was extremely convenient to be able to walk across the street and meet them,... More

Ticked all the boxes for me! The staff were extremely generous and would try their best to help with any issues that could possibly arise! The room was great and hygiene standards were at a high quality! Isn't too far from the airport and plenty of places to catch a taxi from so no problems in travelling around!

I stayed here for 1 night on a recent business trip to Beijing. The hotel is near the universities in the northern section of Beijing. The lobby and attached restaurant are nice and welcoming. My room overall was ok and I was able to get a good night's sleep after my 12 hour flight from SFO. The issues I had... More

This is a large hotel owned by and on the property of the Agricultural University. You need three busstops and some wlking from the subway station to reach it and the area is far away from anything of touristic interest (or restaurants except the two in the hotel). The hotel encloses a Starbucks which is used very much an international... More

Stayed here a couple of nights! The hotel is far from the centre or tourist attractions. The closest metro station is 10 minutes taxi ride away away. So not great from public transport point of view. Its close to some of the universities. Unless you have to be in the area because of work/meetings I would not stay here.

I stayed there for one night. The lobby and the reception counter are not so welcoming. The room emits some dull atmosphere. No western food breakfast. The room where breafast was served was a bit small and dark.

Hotel was decent 3 star hotel, but with some problems. Not all personnel were friendly. Avoid buying postage stamps for post cards going overseas at hotel. They charged me more than 100% for post card stamps going overseas. I paid 10 yuan versus 4.60 yuan for each postcard going overseas. In fact, it was not just this hotel but others... More
