I was here last year on June and I think that this place is nice, In front of the hotel we can find halal food, convenient shop, fruit seller and many nice places to see around. It's a little bit far to reach the subway station, however I really love this place because the front office lady and the cleaning...

The older lady at the front desk, who apparently runs the place, was very nice. Another receptionist was kind enough to give me change for my 100RMB note. I did have wi-fi in my room (there is also wi-fi in the lobby). Breakfast wasn't the best, but it was okay (and free), and the 师傅 even gave me a spoon...

Found this to be good budget hotel, location and price wise. We were there on a local 3 day holiday so fairly busy and a tad noisy at night (from guests...not street noise as is set back in quiet street location)/ No english at front desk but my son learning mandarin was very helpful in confirming room arrangements and booking...
