I stayed here as part of a tour. The location is far out of the city centre. We were stuck in traffic a lot and had a particularly rainy stay. But having our own marble tub filled with hot springs water in our room was delightful after being wet and cold all day. The other larger hot springs facilities were... More

If you are reading this , perhaps it is because you are contemplating a Tour Asia/Kogan package. If you like spending 3-4 hours daily in a bus , whilst sitting in traffic grid-lock with little leg room you will have a beaut time. Otherwise get a downtown hotel. This hotel is on the outer limits of Beijing. There is no... More

Great hotel for those who want to be close to a Hot Spring. However, we were expecting to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Beijing city but our travel agent stuffed us around and told us 12 days prior to leaving we were moving to this Hot Spring sresort., Stay away from Travel-Asia !!!!

Travel-Asia advertise consumers will stay at the Beijing DoubleTree by Hilton in Beijing and then less than 2 weeks before departure, notify you that you are staying at the Chun Hui Tuan Hot Spring Resort. Although their terms and conditions state they can change the hotel, why would any travel agent book accommodation only 2 weeks prior to departure, especially... More

Lovely room with a large mineral springs tub in the room. Breakfast was nice but gets very busy as everyone tries to get breakfast before they head off on the 90 minute trip into Beijing. Three hours a day in the bus does detract from the enjoyment. Would have been much happier staying closer to the city centre even if... More

While there is nothing inherently bad with the facilities of the hotel itself, I would recommend that western tourists avoid it. Our group was put there by tour operator SNS/Travel-Asia,despite them informing us we would be staying at the Park Plaza, Doubletree by Hilton or similar. Being 35 klms out of town meant many hours in a tour bus getting... More

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with extra large beds and private hot spring bath, perfect for a soak after a long day of sight-seeing. The hotel itself is a long way out of town with no shops close by and there doesn't appear to be any public transport. Staff did not speak a word of english so it... More

We had a pleasant stay there. It is way outside Beijing city and we got dropped off/picked up by our tour bus. I didnt see any public transport to get there unless you have your own private ride. The breakfast caters to Asians and Western although their coffee machine is in Chinese characters so cant really tell what you are... More

This was 5 star luxury, the rooms were large and spacious. The bed was comfortable, Huge TV on the wall, (most of the programmes were in Chinese) While this resort is very modern, it is a long way from the center of Beijing, & 18k from the airport. Which is a long way if the traffic is heavy. We enjoyed... More

Despite being a fair distance from the airport, the bus ride to this resort enabled us to enjoy the scenery and wind down. Our room was spacious, clean and had lovely, comfortable beds. It was obvious that the staff were at times bewildered by our simple requests such as 'where do we go for breakfast?' A simple map detailing the... More
