My organisation ran a 4-day workshop here in 2010 for around 35 people. (NB - we visited in Oct 2010 but I'm so slow getting this review posted, TripAdvisor won't allow me to select that date in the options list!!) Reef made the workshop management process so easy. There was a well co-ordinated airport pick-up system and attentive reception service....
