Bad, we go to this place for lunch daily. It's weird. Some staff are good. But the menu is ever changing or rather the price changes all the time. For instance, thry can bill you for rice and stew separately when they have clearly stated on the menu that rice and stew is one item.

It is a very busy restaurant right next to a mosque. So excpect a lot of gentlemen rushing through before or after prayers. They try to keep clean but the traffic overwhelms them. The standard of food also visibly suffers when there is an influx of people.

The staff is what mostly makes the stay a very nice and comfortable experience. Always ready to help, very friendly, willing to go extra mile for anything you may need. When you first walk in don't expect to be blown away as the aesthetic needs a refresh (they will redecorate and refurnish soon indeed) but what's most important they clean... More

Nice place to stay close to everything in Mombasa ( fort jesus, old town, moi avenue, bus station) The staff is really nice and they will care about you. The restaurant is nice and the nearby mosque will offer a taste of the real mombasa. A/C available

Jundan hotel is strategically located half way between the long distance bus departure sights and the inner city. It is a relatively quiet area and you are very close to shops, supermarkets and fast-food joints. There is a restaurant, open to non-residents, in the hotel. The facilities are basic but ok for a couple of day’s stopover in/out of Mombasa.

Good value, good wifi and satelite, but poor plumbing and moderate cleanliness. Friendly staff, handy location. Good value restaurant next door. A comfortable place to base yourself whilst seeing Mombasa.

The location is perfectly central, the prices are very reasonable, and there is a restaurant with good local food, which you can eat on a nice verandah above the street. If you come by car, they will organize for a parking under the eyes of the night guard. For the rooms: do not expect charm or style, but they are... More
