I'm NOT outdoors-y. At all. Our first night there, I probably slept 2-4 hours total! I had even considered checking out early, lol! Thank goodness I stayed. This was the best way to experience the Rift Valley, and the outdoors. The staff make you feel like family; both Martins were awesome! Samuel was probably my fave 'gun' man, and Steve...

Spent five days roaming a wildlife paradise... Went with my son as a High School graduation trip, and from the arrival till the sad departure, our stay at the Royal Mara was absolutely wonderful; we were attended to and catered to at a very high level, from our personal butler, Moses, who brought us coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and fresh...

We stayed there during our 3 days stay in Masai Mara. Tents were great, very comfortable, great bed and very spacious. Staff was lovely and always responsive. Food was the best you could imagine in such a remote location. Price is fair for sure, would recommend and stay again.

This hotel is truly wonderful. The staff are kind, courteous, generous, and willing to go out of their way to enable your stay to be a lifetime of good memories. We travelled as a family of 4, and had two "rooms". The peace and tranquility of the Royal Mara is absolute. The rooms are vast and very comfortable. We had...

I stayed at Royal Mara with my parents and brother in March. We had two rooms. The rooms are fantastic, and very much give you that African safari feel. The entire room is elevated on columns, which is to protect from the hippos and other animals that roam the grounds at night. There are guards that walk you throughout the...
