My family and I stayed there for 10 days in Dec 2021/Jan 2022. The place is clean, safe, tranquil, comfortable, and welcoming. It is in a great location, close to restaurants, a good supermarket, and Yaya shopping center. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Fedha Residences enough.

The north part of the Residence is extremely noisy during the night with pub and restaurant. The hand towels and bath towels are old and rotten, turned into burrs and holes. Sometimes they did not give us hand towels saying that the number is not enough. The sheets and quilts are not enough either. The room cleaner put once a single quilt’s cover on a double quilt. One receptionist is impolite and cold with IQ problem. She could never count rightly and always needed us to help when confirming the inventory. She demanded 3 times to confirm, check-in day, the afternoon of the check-out day and the midnight when we were in a hurry for the airport, she went to the apartment to confirm for the 3rd time! She treated us like thieves. There were only 4 bath towers and she insisted that there should be 5. Do we need to steal your disgusting old rotten towers?! We have stayed several times here in 2018 and 2019. At that time, the service was reasonable. This is why we have chosen this place this time, but this receptionist undoubtedly ended the business. This is undoubtedly the last time we stayed there.…

Clean, large apartment, ensuites very nice, kitchen large with lots of cupboards, and staff very nice. Convenient to supermarkets (walking distance) restaurants, and yaya centre. Road was just resurfaced outside.

The staff is very friendly and the location is conveniently close to Yaya center mall, within walking distance! The apartments are nice and spacious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nairobi.

The staff from the gate to reception are very friendly. We enjoyed the space, it was quiet and walking distance to shopping mall so quite convenient. Only thing is towels and bath mats need an upgrade but we sure look forward to come back. The children loved the place.

It was my first time to stay in fedha, the security was very good and the gate men were very respective always saying hallo and very friendly.The only thing that i wasn't pleased with was the extra days that i had to stay after my monthly money that i had already paid, the rent was ridiculously high almost 3 times the much that i had paid . They charged me as a daily customer yet never gave me the daily services that are offered to the daily customers on their charging sheet. When i questioned these , i was told that due to Covid the services had been reduced which to my own opinion even the charge rates should have been reviewed. The receptionist and every other staff were very helpful and very friendly. My only advice would be if you intend to stay extra days for any reason kindly discuss the fares being getting disapointments. Other than that its a home away from home.…

It was the first and best place to be very quiet peaceful place to be. security is 100% perfect and friendly, most of the security personal even greet that was lovely. loved the high speed wifi connection and at least Dstv was active to I enjoyed watch man city to cause am a super fun. Breakfast at royal tulip was the best ever just felt like am home but had always tested new food everyday Kenyan food is also nice. The bed and room was excellent bathroom too always had hot showers keep up the good work. Kitchen was good too just that you don't even keep a box of corn flakes or box of ice cream for checking in visitors. I mostly enjoyed coffee every evening after long day work its good its always packed back every time i came back found its there keep up the good work thanks. There is always room to improve but for me you the best of the best excellent service Fedha.…
