Stayed at this property for 3 (+) nights . Very clean & large rooms friendly staff . Avoided daily room cleaning owing to the situation but requirements were delivered at my door as requested . Temperature checks continuous sanitising of elivator / tables etc . Hand sanitisers in rooms , at each corner & floor Once I forgot my mask & came down the reciptionist offered me a mask saving me trouble to go up. Breakfast is delicious with a widely spreqd variety . Guests given gloves to wear . For any health conscious traveller Concord is assuring . Taxis can be a problem but the Hotel desk can arrange or one can use Uber / Bolt which are cheaper . The Property is located in parklands in a quiet area away from traffic , Security is very good. Hotel is ideally located just 7 minuits walk to Diamond Plaza (though walking is not very recomended) , drive to Sarit Centre / Westgate mall is barely 10 - 15 minuits away . There is a heated pool on the upper floors . The Hotel has 3 restaurants but only 1 is operational owing to the cov 19 . Overall I enjoyed my stay & look forward to visiting again

We had a three day stay at The Concord Hotel at the end of a two week visit to Kenya. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and full of the nicest most hospitable people I've every met. When we arrived we received a welcome gift and when we left we received a farewell gift! There is an ATM within walking distance from the hotel. Every question or need we had was happily tended to by Bevaline. If she was not available the remainder of the staff was just as willing to accomadate us. We had a late night flight back to the US and we were allowed to stay in one, of our three rooms, until later in the afternoon. Due to covid we also had multiple forms which needed to be printed out before our flight home. Those were printed out for us with no extra charge. I would like to thank you all for that. The hotel has three separate restaurants inside with great tasting food at a very reasonable price.
They offer a shuttle service to and from the airport also at a reasonable price. Instead of paying per person you just pay one price for the trip. Made it very nice for our party of 5! They have free and secure onsite parking.
I just can't say enough about this hotel. Please go visit the beautiful country of Kenya and when you do I hope while transiting through the country you choose to stay at The Concord Hotel. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Staying at the VIP one bedroom suite. Dinner was meh..., Red snapper with mashed potatoes. The fish was very bland, and the potatoes were just as bland.
I also ordered chicken/mushroom soup. They brought 2 slices of white bread, instead of dinner rolls. When I requested dinner rolls, they came "stale".
This morning, I called ext 400, ( IRD) for them to come remove dirty dinner dishes.
The operator- Laura was quick to say that the housekeeper will remove the dishes, as if they were the ones I paid the delivery fee to.
Upon escalation, the guest service tried asking what the issue is, yet I asked for a manager.
Subsequently, Evans ( FOM) reached out, and send housekeeper.
The receptionist also called talking about check out, yet we had added one more night....of which I am not certain I want to bother.
Disappointed in The Concord service which has deteriorated from past experiences.

Was at the Concord Hotel & Suites for a two days training. Hotel room where I was in was excellent. Very spacious, two big screen television sets, two wash rooms. One for the living room and the other for the bedroom. The room was very neat. The living room is very ideal for relaxation with very good chairs and fairly spacious in addition to the big size television set with a number of channels to select from including sports channels. Breakfast was good though not necessarily with a big variety to choose from that was served from the lower restaurant (Bon Homie). WiFi was available and with a good speed. Staff were friendly and ready to help.

Horrible check-in experience. Too too slow. CheckIn time is 2PM, we arrived at 4PM and still rooms are not ready! When we showed we are not happy with this unreasonable delay, The receptionist lady who is the most rude receptionist I have encountered in my life, didn’t give a clear answer and kept saying we would call you once the room is ready. No apologizing no nothing and such an impolite behavior. Very bad experience. And finally when we got the room and entered it, the box where you insert your room card in to activate the electricity in the room wasn’t working. And they took forever to send someone to fix it. I am writing this review and until now no one showed off. Horrible experience!

We had an Executive Suite and the room was large, clean, and comfortable. The sitting/lounging area separate from the bedroom was welcome as we could have coffee and relax here. The bedroom itself was large, spacious, and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep.
The bathroom was also spacious and clean with good quality toiletries and clean bath linen.
The breakfast buffet starts early at 6 AM and has plenty of variety to suit all preferences. All dishes were freshly prepared; from breads to boiled eggs to porridge to grilled vegetables. There was also a live counter for omelettes. Vegans and vegetarians will have plenty to choose from.
We ordered Indian dishes for dinner and the portions of all main courses were delicious and served in good quantity. The chapatis were rather small in size (about1/3 that of an usual Indian chapati) and that took us by surprise. However, we would soon learn that this was the norm for Kenya. :)
The hotel is located in the heart of the city and that is a blessing because you can reach most places quickly and easily.

frustrating experience at Concord Hotel and Suites. It's incredibly disappointing when you encournter poor customer service, subpar drinks, unreasonable charges, and lack of solutions to basic requests that you encountered during my stay. The situation with the hotel-provided driver charging exorbitant fees ($62.00 drove a total of 10miles) and the multiple unauthorized charges on your card is completely unacceptable.
It's concerning that the staff seemed indifferent to your concerns and provided no satisfactory resolutions to the issues you raised. The lack of accountability and communication from the management, especially regarding the driver's charges and the billing errors, reflects poorly on the hotel's professionalism.
The limited availability of hot water during specific hours is also a significant inconvenience( 2pm-3pm, is your best bet in getting a hot shower) and reflects poorly on the hotel's amenities and services.
I'm warning potential guests being wary of additional fees and poor service at Concord Hotel and Suites is valuable. It's important for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls of staying at this establishment in Nairobi.

This was a couples staycation. The facilities and the hotel room are excellent. It does feel like a five star hotel. However the restaurant was a completely different scenario with room service taking forever to come. The food portions were really disapointing despite the high prices. There was no value for money. We should have ordered food from outside the hotel. Kindly improve on this.

The location is beautiful, the atmosphere and surroundings were awesome. i enjoyed the peace and quiet neighborhood so much. the staff was awesome i chose the hotel for i found a shattafa in the room but just checking in with bevaline the wonderful lady who i enjoyed just her smile of good morning and her excellence in delivering front desk and guest services was awesome, faith took very good care of my room and amenities, silas and charity were the two people i would like to see at breakfast and dinner. Mama and baba are a different story, the owners and hospitality loving couple took good care of me specially mama's smile was warm enough to make me feel at home and baba was guiding me through how to eat indian food and picked dessert for me every day, their hospitality and care was the gem on the crown.

The Concord provided a welcome refuge in between safaris to Amboseli and Masai Mara. The food, service and accommodation was first class. The menu options were exceptional at the restaurant open 24 hours.
