We recently visited Ngong hills on a business trip to Kenya. Located just out of the city (CBD Nairobi), the hotel offers probably one of the best accommodations in Nairobi. The vibrant and engaging area has many dining out and shopping options. The rooms are comfortably spacious, with a neat and clean bathroom. Additonally, the kenyan breakfast buffet is sumptuous, with various options. The decor and interior are classically elegant and superbly maintained. I did appreciate Samuel from the desk who was really helpful during our stay, recommended to visit once again for a vacation with a number of places and sights to see and thinking about it I just can't wait to experience this wonderful Kenyan hospitality. Thanks a bunch!!!

The place was good and i give 90% as overall score, the food was good, the ambience was good, rooms are good, the place is cool and nice. No noise. However, I feel that the smoke sensor should only detect the specific room to avoid inconveniencing other guests. 2. Though the beddings they were torn. Kindly arrange to replace 3. The bathroom drainage system is too slow in releasing water hence much water is retained while still bathing. Kindly check on that. Otherwise the stay was okay

James at the reception has been nothing short of amazing, and made sure a bag of laundry I had was cleaned urgently within the day (I checked in on a Sunday morning). They even managed to remove two nasty red wine stains from my favourite white pants! The hotel itself is super central, clean and nice. Look no further if you need an accommodation in Ngong road (fun fact: this is the oldest establishment in town)!

I organized a 5- day bootcamp training for twenty (20) youth and organizations leaders, which took place at Ngong Hills Hotel. The first thing that caught my attention was the speed with which emails were responded to and calls were picked within the first ring. On the day of check in, staff were on standby to receive my team, the rooms were well kept and spacious, the meals, (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) was well prepared and in varieties, considering different preferences and health conditions. The staff had proper customer etiquette and ensured guests were well attended to.
