A decent option for an inexpensive pit-stop in Nairobi. My room was about £65. It's old but its fine. I had trouble with mosquito's but a net was brough when I requested. The food isn't haute cuisine but it's solid fare. No complaints except that the gym isn't open very late. I would have liked an evening work out.

This place was recommended to us during our stay in Nairobi. It has very 80's feel is in need to some face lift. Having said that it is in par with 4 star hotels in this region but I give it 3 stars. The rooms as clean, airy but a bit dark. Most of the rooms are on small side....

I had heard various stories about the Silver Springs but I discovered that the place has both a friendly atmosphere and excellent food. Rooms are really nice and price was not bad at all in a city where hotel prices have gone bananas in the past decade. Only drawback was that the wifi was not up to standards.

The hotel is a classic and very nice business hotel, with a lovely restaurant (very good food), convenient gym and spa, and a nice sitting area around the swimming pool. However some of the most basic rooms are really small, not well decorated, and lack basic amenities for the standard of this hotel, e.g. hairdryer, minifridge to store drinks, mosquito...

A lovely, older hotel in Nairobi. Rooms comfortable and well appointed. Excellent spa, pool and restaurant. Helpful, relaxed and friendly staff which is not always found in Nairobi. Good access to city and airport.

Clean and comfortable rooms, although bed is a little hard. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool and steam room and sauna is great.  Breakfast is delicious and the bar and restaurant next to the pool is lovely in the evenings. Known to have good security as well. Aircon in rooms and with work desk space but overall rooms feel...

I had a very brief stay at the Silver Springs Hotel between a flight and a road shuttle and I had a pleasant time there. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with all the amenities you'd expect from this category of establishment. Breakfast was varied and rich in quantity. The staff was very polite and responsive throughout my stay....

This is an old hotel. We attended a conference there. I guess it is a budget venue. Conference venue was claustrophobic, and very gloomy. No ventilation. Food and refreshments were ok not great. Not sure how the rooms are. Pool outside does not look very inviting.

Sliver Springs Hotel, I agree supplies the life-giving impulse at each throb of a second. Strategically positioned, to make life easy and absorb the shock of city travel The door to my room whispers "Karibu" as you open and enter My experience tell me that these rooms are in partnership with sleep as we know it No regrets here, whether...
