The Mash Park Hotel has pleasant helpful staff and a nice pool area and bar. The food is also good and at reasonable prices. We arrived here to pouring rain at midnight after a long day travelling from the UK and were looking forward to a good nights sleep before sightseeing the following day but unfortunately the room we were given overlooked a tin roof which made for an awful noise as the rain crashed down on it.The room although comfortable also had a poor bathroom that needs modernisation. Apart from these niggles the hotel offers excellent prices and has good facilities.

My organization held its annual end-year staff party at this hotel. The food was good, although the set-up was not completed by the agreed time. But the worst thing was the parking. There is basement parking under the hotel building, and a few very narrow spaces on the road level outside. I asked if I could be permitted to enter the compound to use the basement parking and was told my car would be OK outside. When I went to leave after a few hours, my driver's door had a dent and a scratch, which had been caused by a car next to me opening their front passenger door carelessly. If there was a watchman overseeing the parking, or they had let me use the basement, this wouldn't have happened, but as it is I will have to spend money to repair it.

Brought my family here for the swimming experience. Only place I know that is close to Jamu. Nice small semi-heated pool. The place could use a jacuzzi during the June/July months. Otherwise, nice chill spot with a rooftop bar.

Great place with an amazing experience of hospitality, its like home and you dont want to leave. I found it to be a nice hotel that offers very good value for money...in a serene environment and good food, pool for fun and a modern bar. The manager was friendly and not to mention our host i cant wait to go back again.

I felt that this hotel had a superb location off Ngong rd. It made everything convenient. The staff was mostly friendly and efficient. The rooms were all quite clean. The breakfast which was included in the price was just fine,

This hotel was my first visit in Nairobi. I enjoyed time spent on the terrace and by the pool when not on tours. Food could be better but it was OK. Hospitality was excellent although sometimes was not easy to communicate because not all of staff speaks English. Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel for staying!

I was advised by a friend to go here. And it was a good advice. Nice hotel, good spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. I had no reservation, but was lucky to get a room. Price is good. Breakfast was good.

Had a nice room though a bit small but with a large bathroom, missed a few items, like bath rob, shower slippers, room slippers but good all in all. The hotel is far from the main road enough not to be noisy from vehicles but close enough for transportation to the main malls and the city center. It had a swimming pool and gym with a friendly trainer. The staff were nice and friendly too.

Our group of 9 stayed here for a little over a week, including eating breakfast and dinner here, everyday. We enjoyed our stay here very much and we're always surprised by little things the staff would do to help make our stay extra nice. From the front desk, to the kitchen - we never met an unpleasant person. All were willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. I would stay here again and again. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. Thanks so much for taking such great care of our team.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights when visiting our local partners for a scientific workshop. The hotel came recommended by our local partners, which is always a good sign. I found it to be a nice hotel that offers very good value for money. It is clean and safe, with friendly staff. The rooms were nice, if perhaps a bit basic. The bed was good and, very important in my opinion, the shower was good with ample hot water. The atmosphere is typical business like. Nothing wrong with that, but not very inspirational either.
