20 yr. Hx staying at high end hotels and lodges in Kenya bringing 5k American Dr’s & Nurses. Pride Inn Azure exceeds expectations. A+ customer service, delicious food, COVID compliant, serious security team, modern facilities and most of all they have very friendly staff in every department. Many of their rooms have spectacular views of the Nairobi skyline and just walking distance to shopping and a good food mart. It has become my favorite place in Nairobi.

Reception attendants are good and carteous. Restaurant staff so polite and carteous as well. Good food and not too spicy. Spacious rooms and good beddings. But my room was always poorly done cos I'd miss different items on a daily basis 😞. The missing items included: shower cap, bathing soap, bathing gel, bottled water and so forth

The hotel rooms were nice, clean and spacious. I chose to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant and it turned out to be a good decision. I ordered a simple dinner - Kungpao chicken with rice - was a bit skeptical to say the truth! But, to amazement it was delicious! Congratulations Chef Lewis, it was one of the most tasties dishes that I had in recent times! As for Tessy, who waited on the table and who recommended the dishes, a big thank you! The food was even better when Tessy served with it with a smile! A gesture, one rarely get to see these days, especially in restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Worth the money!

My first time to Nairobi Kenya and I now consider this hotel my home away from home. This is the place to stay! The location, cleanliness and facilities were perfect for me. I even was able to watch NFL football in my room!! The staff down to the security were excellent! I can go on about their professionalism but I rather talk about their above and beyond mentality.
