The place is great. Animals, food, drinks, recreation, games, heated swimming and much more under one roof. Waiters need to put their acts together to live up to the vision and spirit of the management. I am a regular visitor.

Nice to find a place like this in the busy city of Nairobi. Easy to spend a few hours walking around the gardens, seeing the animals or having a feed. It’s well set up and well looked after. Fairly cheap entrance fees, needed to get an Uber/taxi to get there, not sure about buses or other public transport options.

Visited with hubby for a one day getaway on 1stJune. loved the friendly staff who were all ready to assist so we could have a hustle free stay. Received by very helpful girl,Hellen i think, day two was also an ever smiling girl at the reception(i forget her name),Milly at the rooms was so helpful and i thought to myself we must have bothered her so much coz we kept calling her but what a lovely girl she was all out to help with her quiet smile. It Was a very quiet time as it was during corona but they kept a very professional look. the rooms and the lovely private pool area need a face lift when time and budget allows(otherwise already doing a great job with the outdoors -the heated pool, the gym, animal park, the floating restaurant)I loved and acknowledged the fact that they have a bible in the rooms, great touch. We had an amazing time and would love to visit again

This is a great place to visit with friends family and other gatherings. There's lots of variety, in terms of entertainment and the food is okay. One glaring disappointment is that one of the staff, the in in charge grilling meat tried to extort money from me. He overcharged a portion that I had ordered and presented false information. Further, he asked the money to paid separately from the company bill, which made me wonder. When I complained and protested to management, the price was reduced from Shs. 3,800 to Shs. 2,000. This clearly proved his intention. I hope management will arrest this behavior quickly.

Nice place for a family outing, a variety of sitting places to suit your taste, (indoor or outdoor). I haven't been to the animal park but will make a point of going back there. The food service is quite fast.

I’m visiting my University age son in Kenya and came to the park with his wonderful host parent ...we really enjoyed the park - especially the cheetahs - lunch on the water was quite good and service (thanks Captain Elizabeth) was excellent and timely. The staff was friendly and helpful ! Would go back !

Good food, good floating garden and a good play area for kids. The animal sanctuary is awesome and the guides very knowledgeable. It is a must visit when you go to stedmak. However during weekdays, the play area is full of school kids who book early in advance and hence very populated. If you need a quiet area and good play time with your children, try weekends. The floating area is usually full on weekend and prior booking maybe necessary. Very serene compounds.
