Be very careful of this place, the bar and restaurant staff charged me for a lot of things that I did not have it didn’t happen once it happened multiple times and Even tricked me into signing the bill so I had to pay it, charged me for food I didn’t eat and for 2 beers if I only bought one, really not impressed with this place. Ended up paying $40 extra for stuff I didn’t have. I would not recommend it!

Hotel is extremely noisy, music thumping until after 2.30am. Room was cold and heating did not work on the air conditioning. Reported this to member of staff who’s only advice was to switch it off! So room remained cold! Tried to put us in a standard room despite my genius upgrade! Breakfast was appalling - very little choice and lazy waitress who only helped one man, others were simply told where to go, no help! Locked bedroom door at night, it had been unlocked during the night and 15000 stolen from my purse. Door then left unlocked (we had not been drinking and had definitely locked the door!) Staff just seem to see guests as nothing more than an inconvenience to them. They are lazy and just want to do nothing to help guests! This was our first time at this hotel and will definitely without any doubt be our last time as it is terrible!

Stayed for a few nights. Check-in was easy and quite fast. The carpeted hallways had a slight damp smell. Room and bathroom were clean, however could have been better. A slight smell of dampness In the bathroom. The air conditioning wasn't powerful enough to properly cool the room. The room was cleaned daily and breakfast was nice for the size of the hotel. The location is very convenient with lots of restaurants in the food courts on the ground floor. The pool was small but sufficient for a hotel this size. Would use again, simply for the convenient location.

Room Tip: Try and get a room away from the main road side as there's loads of traffic noise.

This hotel is based in Diamond plaza in parklands. Very close to all major business offices in Nairobi. Hotel staff is friendly. They have one of the best pools, hotel gyms and restaurants amongst Nairobi hotels. Price is also nominal. Food Quality and taste is great, you do not need to go to another restaurant for food!

Excellent service, reasonably priced food. The General manager Mike knows his job well, very professional and friendly. Heated pool that’s not too crowded , restaurant servicing decent potions of food.

Pluspunten · Cloud Suites Hotel has the best Price for quality offered in the entire Nairobi Area . For very reasonable prices this Hotel Accomodation delivers high Standard Rooms .. 90 % of all rooms , even the ones at the starting rates deliver spectacular arial vieuws on Nairobi ( The New York of Africa ) The wonderful Rooftop Swimming Pool & the well equiped Gym Area makes for guests to have the opportunity to work out easily in between other business or holiday related activity's always surrounded by the 360 degree arial vieuws on the Landmarks of Kenya's lively Capital City. In the rooftop Restaurant i have been always served with tasty food served abundantly . Its a great place to have a good dinner and Lunch in private and with businesd relationships. While i was there i saw a young Kenyan ask his soon to be wife to marry him under the stars of the Nairobian night sky that can be captured perfectly from this comfortable setting . As the food is served abundantly ...So abundantly is also the wonderfull generosity in the Service delivered by the Complete Staff at Cloud Suites Hotel . Each one of them does there very best to make sure all the guest asks for is being taken care of ... with the smile we all expect to see in a high standard service delivering Hotel as Cloud Suites clearly is. What makes this hotelstaff stand out to me is there sincerity in the granting of the wishes of the guests in the best of ways possible . I travelled with many bags and always got helped well to move them around when needed . I have been a loyal guest to this Hotel ever since 2013 and i can honestly say it keeps getting better and raising the bar , it is the only place on my list on looking for accomodation in Nairobi and i recommend it to all kind of travellers ... the staff will make you feel right at home , cared for and loved no matter who you are .... I am Forever gratefull to all of them. All was great , i recommend this place and look forward to being back here. Thank you to every single one of you .

Improvement needed in room cleaning and bedlinen, also towel should be new, it's old very old. Location is very good. Even breakfast is improved from previous visit. Reception staff is good. All over it should be improved.

Spent a night at the Cloud Hotel & Suites before we were moved to the Hotel where the Training Workshop was to take place. It was a temporary stay as rooms were full where we were to be until the following day (The Training workshop Hotel). Rooms are very small, beds are just average size. Bathrooms are small. Hotel is situated on an upper floor of a shopping building in Nairobi. Accessible by the lifts. I didn't see or use the stairway if at all it exists. Breakfast is simple. No variety to offer. Basically a place to spend a night but not necessarily where you are going for relaxation and to enjoy your trip. TV has few channels. Room WiFi wasn't working when we were there. IT technician was to come the following day to fix the problem.

So after we left Kahama Hotel, we came here to Cloud Hotel and suites. Much nicer! Didn’t worry about hot water, even tho it took long to get hot. Only drawback is when taking shower, water gets all over the floor. It needs something place at the shower door to stop that water from getting on the floor. Oh, also rooms smelled like cigarette smoke even tho in no-smoking section!
