Detailed Reviews
Stayed for a few nights. Check-in was easy and quite fast. The carpeted hallways had a slight damp smell.
Room and bathroom were clean, however could have been better. A slight smell of dampness In the bathroom.
The air conditioning wasn't powerful enough to properly cool the room.
The room was cleaned daily and breakfast was nice for the size of the hotel.
The location is very convenient with lots of restaurants in the food courts on the ground floor.
The pool was small but sufficient for a hotel this size.
Would use again, simply for the convenient location.

Room Tip: Try and get a room away from the main road side as there's loads of traffic noise.

+1
Spent a night at the Cloud Hotel & Suites before we were moved to the Hotel where the Training Workshop was to take place. It was a temporary stay as rooms were full where we were to be until the following day (The Training workshop Hotel). Rooms are very small, beds are just average size. Bathrooms are small. Hotel is situated on an upper floor of a shopping building in Nairobi. Accessible by the lifts. I didn't see or use the stairway if at all it exists. Breakfast is simple. No variety to offer. Basically a place to spend a night but not necessarily where you are going for relaxation and to enjoy your trip. TV has few channels. Room WiFi wasn't working when we were there. IT technician was to come the following day to fix the problem.

Be very careful of this place, the bar and restaurant staff charged me for a lot of things that I did not have it didn’t happen once it happened multiple times and Even tricked me into signing the bill so I had to pay it, charged me for food I didn’t eat and for 2 beers if I only bought one, really not impressed with this place. Ended up paying $40 extra for stuff I didn’t have.
I would not recommend it!

I stayed at Cloud Hotel in Nairobi, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. My room had a number of issues, including a broken bathroom lock which left me locked inside, and a leaking kettle. To make matters worse, the cleaners repeatedly left my door open, which made me feel unsafe and vulnerable.
To top it all off, the food served at the hotel was simply horrid - I was extremely disappointed with the quality and taste. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The issues with the bathroom lock and leaking kettle were particularly concerning, and the poor quality of the food was a major letdown. The fact that the cleaners kept leaving my door open also made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I would advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before making a booking.

Every weekend the hotel had big wedding parties that played loud music until late night. I was also very unfortunate and was given a room next door to where wedding guests came to freshen up. On my very last night the wedding guests broke out into a huge fight right outside my room at 2am. I was very frightened as they were shouting, fighting and screaming. Not pleasant at all.
My bed was not cleaned properly and felt itchy every night.
I was here for work and needed a good night sleep to attend meetings until late night so this was an awful choice.

This hotel is based in Diamond plaza in parklands. Very close to all major business offices in Nairobi. Hotel staff is friendly. They have one of the best pools, hotel gyms and restaurants amongst Nairobi hotels. Price is also nominal.
Food Quality and taste is great, you do not need to go to another restaurant for food!

Excellent service, reasonably priced food. The General manager Mike knows his job well, very professional and friendly. Heated pool that’s not too crowded , restaurant servicing decent potions of food.

First of all, they list amenities that are not there...swimming pool (under construction - will take minimum 3 months), room service, restaurant, banquet hall....I have been to hotels and never experienced power cuts!! the wifi one evening went off for 4 hours...
The staff (few of them) were a little friendly but not helpful, we had to take our luggage from the room to the elevator and they just stood and saw! The day of the power cut, all they were concerned about is the candle they gave us..amazing.
since there is no room service and the breakfast provided id below par, you have to wait till 11 am for shops to open in the shopping plaza below to have something to eat. So stuff yourself with food if you are still planning to go in this.
The good point of this hotel is the furniture in the room and its location. everything else is better forgotten. Oh yes, the faucet in the shower will just come out to your hand if you accidently touch it.
